The TV is connected to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) so you can video-chat as well as hook it up to video games. A double bed can be brought into this room to sleep an extra two people!
Through the living room, at the far end of the house is a beautifully bright open-plan kitchen and dining space. This whole area is bathed in natural light coming from the patio doors to the garden and overhead windows. The kitchen is finished with white units and wooden worktop. It has all the best and modern facilities including a nespresso machine, Juicer, a large double-door fridge freezer, two ovens with a gas hob and integrated microwave. Conveniently, near by is a large wooden dining table with seating for up to 6 people. A wall-mounted TV means the entertainment can be brought to the table! Sit on the comfortable sofa with a view of the TV or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) with friends and family whilst cooking up a storm!
The garden has been beautifully finished with white decking as well as a large grassy area. At the far end is a great little storage shed as well as a very large barbecue for guests to enjoy! Plenty of seating is arranged out here so guests can sit out in the sunshine and eat breakfast alfresco or enjoy a glass of wine!
On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms. The first is a smart little room with a sofa which opens to make a large double-sized bed. This room would be ideal for a woman as it brings feminine edge with its beautiful cream dressing table and matching full-length mirror. The master bedroom is edgy and unique with black features. The wardrobe is mirrored, reflecting light into the room as well as conserving space with its sliding doors! There is also a little closet with plenty of space for hanging suits, dresses and storing shoes! Two windows overlook the bright greenery of Acton Green Park across the road. The en suite bathroom is finished in clean white with a black feature wall of tiling in the shower area – to match the style of the master bedroom! The walk-in shower is very large with an attached power shower, there is also a heated towel rail.
The loft is where you will find the final bedroom which has a large double-sized bed with wooden frame and matching side tables. There is lots of storage space for clothes and an en suite finished in cream tiling which has a very large walk-in power shower.

Given the close proximity to the station offering great links to the City centre, some noise may be audible at the back of the house. This can be louder in the top bedroom, however trains do not run all night. The good quality double glazing does reduce this.\
