Fantastic three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in heart of Southbank

This 3 bedroom apartment is located on the same floor and adjacent to our two bedroom apartment in 99 Whiteman St.

This apartment on the 15th floor of the Yarra Crest building is larger than most, offering guests the luxury of space in addition to central location and breathtaking views.

Accommodation comprises 3 Kings, or 2 Kings and 2 Singles, or 1 King and 4 Singles, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area with beautiful wooden floors in the living area, main bathroom (washing machine and dryer included), En suite with walk in robe and a balcony.

Open plan living area and bedrooms boast spectacular panoramic views over the city and or the bay.

The best of Melbourne is just a few minutes walk, along with supermarkets and the boutique shopping of South Melbourne Village. There is also a tram stop within 100 metres of the apartment which goes through the city in one direction, and to St Kilda Beach in the other direction.
The apartment is directly behind Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and Crown Casino/Yarra river (150 metres). The CBD is across the river and accessible by four footbridges.

Facilities include heated indoor pool and gymnasium.
Tariff includes broadband internet, local calls and secure parking for TWO cars.

A stocked supermarket and liquor within 50 metres. The apartment is self contained – all linen and towels are provided but the apartment is not serviced unless a service is booked.

As soon as you walk into the apartment, the view takes your breath away. Amazing! The location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING. Having the IGA downstairs was great for buying groceries. There is the casino across the street, tons of restaurants everywhere. This place is fantastic and we can hardly wait to come back.

Kellie's place is roomy, in excellent condition with public transport & walking very doable. The apartment is roomy with excellent views & comfortable beds. Checking in and communication was excellent. We were met at the apartment and taken to the apartment. The added homey extras that are often provided in many Airbnb's were not provided which was a shame, as we flew in from interstate.

The apartment was amazing with wonderful views and right across the road from the Convention Centre which was perfect for us! The IGA was on the corner, and the casino food court on the next block over. The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the photos and was perfect for 5 of us to stay together with 3 bdrms and 2 bathrooms and a large open kitchen and lounge area. Amentities were clean, plenty of towels and kitchen utensils for everyone as well as a large TV. We couldn't recommend this apartment enough!

Our familiy of 5 had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Great location very handy to everything, short walk to the city, tram stop right across the road, fully equipped gym just around the corner, supermarket and bottle store just up the road. the apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you need, great view out to St Kilda, and at night the city lights, thank you Kellie for a great stay:)

My name is Kellie and I started Gem Apartments with one fantastic apartment in 2009. We have since grown to manage a network of 25 apartments around Southbank.

Gem Apartments successfully straddles the traditional serviced apartment market / and individual holiday market by keeping strict control over all of our apartments.

Our apartments are all furnished and fitted out by Gem Apartments to the same standard, and have the same inclusions.

I work full time in the business out of an office on Whiteman Street, and am available for our guests each day.

I oversee each apartment on a daily basis to ensure that each apartment is kept to the standard of Gem Apartments. Value Executive Accommodation with all the touches of home.

Our business is structured to offer our guests all the benefits of individually owned and operated holiday apartments, but with the staff and professionalism behind it to offer our guests peace of mind if something does go wrong.
