As you know you have been overseas for Well unfortunately in life things do go wrong from time to time. Due to the fact that couldn’t get a plumber out just before you arrived i spoke with you on the phone to asked if it would be too invasive for you to let him in during your stay, but you very kindly agreed to do, which i was very grateful for. I left you a note in my apartment explaining all of this and told you that i would rectify it asap. I did write all of this to you but due to the fact that you didn’t respond to any of my messages via airbnb i texted you the list, which you equally didn’t respond to. On top of the list was - Please only use the left hand button of the toilet ( which works perfectly fine ) until the plumber has been. Also explaining that the tap in the kitchen had come loose but would be tightened by the plumber too, which it has been. Everything is in good working order now, what a shame that you let something so trivial annoy you, as i went out of my way the make sure that you were all comfortable. I’m sorry. And picking up the keys from a house 5 minutes away from the apartment is standard when i’m not home, and most guests prefer no interaction. I pride myself of my cleanliness, and the floors are mopped daily and the carpets are totally fine aside from one stain in front of the fridge. A stupid place for a carpet to be ( not my decision ) and after four years of living somewhere stains do occur. I have had the carpets cleaned again and it’s looking much better. Also if you read my profile properly i have never said that the shops are on my door step, there is a very good description of where i am located. A 15 minute tram ride to the cbd, or a km tram/walk to chapel street, and a km to middle park/st kilda beach. I spoke with your wife on numerous occasions to make sure that you were all happy, or if there was anything that i could do. She was the one who called me up to talk as i would never bombard guests with calls. She was lovely, and even suggested meeting up. Not the behaviour from someone who’s having an awful time. She seemed more than happy with everything in my home, what a shame that you don’t have her positivity.
