Beautifully decorated throughout, this home has all the mod cons you’d expect set in a comfortable family environment. Light and bright with large windows and artwork, you can enjoy this home with the added benefit of a friendly holiday cat.

LIVING ROOM
A welcoming open-plan living space with two feature fireplaces, a flat screen TV and ample seating.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
Up a few more steps on the first floor is the Master bedroom. French doors open into the room with a king size bed, a fireplace, desk and two large original windows.

KID’S BEDROOM
On the second floor is a bedroom with a children’s bunk bed and large armchair.

THE PLAYROOM
Also on the second floor is a playroom area with a double sofa bed and bare brick chimney breast and fireplace.

THE LOFT
Climb a wooden spiral staircase to the final bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and streaming skylights.

KITCHEN / DINER
A beautifully large kitchen with all the mod cons, plus a dining area to seat six people within the adjoined conservatory.

FAMILY BATHROOM
A large family bathroom with a bath, a basin and separate shower is situated on the first floor. There is a separate WC just next door.

SHOWER ROOM
There is a shower room on the second floor.

THE WC
A convenient WC is located in the utility room on the ground floor.

GARDEN
A sweet patio area with wild shrubs and a BBQ.

This is a fantastic location for your stay in London due to the abundance of local amenities and proximity to the city centre. Tufnell Park is home to young families, arty individuals, writers and painters who love the leafy surroundings and excellent transport links. Kentish Town boasts numerous trendy cafes, bars and a range of restaurants of every cuisine.

At this property you are 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town tube station. From here you can access the Northern Line to reach the West End in just 10 minutes; this line also takes you directly to Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square. Kentish Town West overground station is a 15 minute walk away and is ideal for reaching Hampstead Heath for those glorious summer days.

As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
