This one of a kind house has real character owing to the elegant early Victorian architecture and light spacious rooms throughout.
The front door, raised from the road level, leads into a long hallway with lots of interesting pictures and maps filling the walls, on this level is a very spacious kitchen-dining area with a solid wooden dining table and a huge window that reaches from floor to ceiling flooding the area with natural light. The kitchen is crisply finished with white, wooden cabinets and fitted with all modern amenities. A utility room with washer and dryer and a WC are found on the second floor.
The spacious living room is on the third level, this has an ornate framed mirror hanging above the original marble fireplace and a unique 3 canvas portrait hanging above one of the sofas. The sweeping wooden floor is covered by a gorgeous Persian rug.
The five bedrooms and two bathrooms are split between two levels: the master bedroom and en-suite is found on the fourth floor with a single room opposite. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, with dark wooden furniture, a King-sized bed and two quaint rocking horses, this room has a sophisticated edge. The single room has a pull out bed so can be converted to a double room to sleep a ninth guest. A second double bedroom, a twin room and another single bedroom on the next floor share a bathroom that is fitted with a full sized bath with a shower fitting.
