Le quartier

You simply have to cross the road to find yourself in lovely Battersea Park with its tennis courts, impressive fountains, a beautiful bandstand and even a lake where you can row in the summer. Nearby Battersea High Street offers a variety of restaurants, takeaways and bars if you feel like a family meal close to home one evening. A pleasant 20-minute stroll over the stunning Albert Bridge will lead you to Chelsea’s King’s Road, where there are hosts of restaurants and cafés ranging from the family run to the Michelin starred. There are also excellent shopping opportunities to be found on King’s Road as well as in nearby Knightsbridge.

Transports

You are 13-minute walk from Battersea Park train station which can take you to Victoria in just 5 minutes. From here you are able to easily connect to other parts of London via the Underground, and also via the many buses serving various locations including the West End and the City.
