This home is wonderfully located in the leafy, village-like neighbourhood of East Sheen in Richmond, minutes from the stunning expanse of Richmond Park.
On the ground floor is a bay-windowed living area with a TV, and an adjoining dining room which leads to the open-plan kitchen at the rear. This entire space has a classic design with fresh white walls and lots of natural light pouring in. The sizeable kitchen is well-designed with a breakfast bar island, steel grey cabinets and modern facilities for use. Guests may choose to dine al fresco is the sun-trap garden with its decked sitting area and generous grassy lawn.
On the upper level of the house is the family bathroom (in addition there is a convenient WC room on the ground floor). At the rear of the first level is a children’s room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and along the corridor is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV and vast storage space, and a third bedroom with a single bed. On the second floor is a shower room and a further two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed whilst the other is a single.
There is a resident dog in the property, although he will not be present during your stay, this property may not be suitable for those with serious allergies.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
