Welcome to Ca na Fossellas, a lovely house founded in 1948, located among olive trees, 5 minutes from Deià village. It has spectacular views of the sea and the Tramuntana mountain range. Very bright.

Welcome to our home, Ca na Fallas. The house can accommodate 4 people. Availability of extra bed. Ca na Fosellas is a beautiful traditional Majorcan house, but at the same time with modern technology.
The house has spectacular panoramic views of the coast and the Sierra de Tramontana, where it is nestled between olive, orange, lemon and fig trees. The property has several terraces around the house with access to the kitchen, barbecue and two shady areas to eat and lie down. Large terrace in front of the house. The view is spectacular and free with 180-degree views of the sea and the Tramuntana mountains from all terraces.

BEDROOMS:
The house has heating in every bedroom and living room with louvered windows to the outside where you can see the sea view.
One bedroom has a double bed.
The other bedroom has a double or twin beds.

BATHROOM:
With shower, toilet, sink, cabinet (first aid), hairdryer, gel, shampoo and towels.

LIVING ROOM:
Living room spacious and bright, includes: dining table, electric heater and fireplace. double doors (double glazed) and large bright window where you can enjoy a terrace with stunning sea views over the mountains. A sofa by the fireplace, smart TV 43 '' satellite TV, Netflix movies and documentaries free, Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speakers to connect to your iPhone, etc.

KITCHEN:
fully equipped with hob 3-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, juicer, toaster and microwave.

TERRACE:
The property has sun all day. In the porch area there is a BBQ with sink are indoors to avoid direct sunlight on hot summer days. Further; table with 6 chairs, hammocks, etc. sunbathing on the terrace in front of the house and enjoy the views.
In a separate room are a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and a fridge-freezer.

HOUSEKEEPING:
- Includes: towels, basic products and linens.

In the village Deià, you will find quaint shops, gourmet restaurants, Mediterranean, Italian and tapas, cafes, bars and a supermarket. Deia also find a bank, post office, tobacconist and pharmacy.
It takes 10 minutes to the Cala de Deià (beach, see the pictures) by car, 10 minutes to Fornalutx and 20 minutes to Soller and Port de Soller by car.

INTERNET: Being a house in the country, outside the village , surrounded by mountains there is no wired internet connection but there is wireless internet connection with certain speed internet. Because of this location sometimes the internet signal can be lost temporarily, but most of the time it works perfectly.

ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL.

ENGLISH:
- No external guests allowed
- Guests must respect the common areas and make good use of them.
- During the stay guests must respect the rest of the neighbors, it is a residential area where working and living families with small children. Also it is totally forbidden make noises, to turn the volume of music or television high from 23.00h. This rule is governed by the ordinance and law of noise. Also according to the current holiday rental ordinance if a guest exceeds noise or creates damage to the neighbors or the community can be dislodged from the house in 24 hours, with the corresponding legal economic sanction.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events.
- Guests must take care of the furnishings and appliances of the house and in turn leave every object or piece of furniture as it was found.
- Once confirmed the reservation is obligation of the guests; To facilitate the arrival time and the means of transport that they will use, also they should have in digital format or photocopy all the pertinent information on how to arrive to the house (address, map of location, GPS coordinates ...). They shuold also have a operative mobile phone with sufficient battery and provide their contact number to the host, so that they can be in contact at all times. If there were any incidents due to non-compliance with these requirements we will not be responsible for such negligence.

ESPAÑOL:
- No se permiten huéspedes externos
- Los huéspedes deberán respetar las zonas comunes y hacer buen uso de ellas.
- Durante la estancia los huéspedes deberán respetar el descanso de los vecinos, ya que se trata de una zona residencial donde viven familias trabajadoras con hijos pequeños. Además queda totalmente prohibido excederse en ruidos, poner el volumen de la música o la televisión altos a partir de las 23.00h. Esta regla se rige por la ordenanza y ley de ruidos. También según la ordenanza actual de alquiler vacacional si un inquilino se excede en ruidos o crea perjuicio alguno a los vecinos o a la comunidad podrán ser desalojados de la casa en 24 horas, con la correspondiente sanción económica legal.
- Queda terminantemente prohibido hacer fiestas o eventos.
- Los huéspedes deberán cuidar del mobiliario y electrodomésticos de la casa y a su vez dejar cada objeto o mueble tal como lo encontraron.
- Una vez confirmada la reserva es obligación de los huéspedes; facilitar la hora de llegada y el medio de transporte que usarán, a su vez deberán tener en formato digital o fotocopia toda la información pertinente sobre cómo llegar a la casa(dirección, mapa de situación, coordenadas GPS...). Deberán también poseer un teléfono móvil operativo y con suficiente batería y facilitar su número de contacto al anfitrión, para de este modo poder estar en contacto en todo momento. Sí hubiera cualquier incidente debido al incumplimiento de estos requisitos no nos haremos responsables de tal negligencia.
