Let me start by saying we were Wans first guests and he is learning what to provide for his guests. He even came out to meet us after we checked out to ask how our stay was and if anything needed to be worked on. However we were not pleased at the beginning. We asked multiple times on how to get into his apartment and every time he said he would pick us up at the station. The places we have stayed sent us information on how to enter their apartment. So this was a bit of a hastle. We were told to call him or message him when we were heading to the station but the number he gave us didn't work. We waited at the station for a while and finally an older man showed up to pick us up. It was Wans father in law. He was very nice and drove us to the apartment and took us inside to show us our room. He left and we thanked him but we soon noticed there weren't any towels what so ever in the room. We called back and were told towels were not on the add and not included. Wans father in law did return with some hand towels. So we were pretty upset by this. Thankfully we were staying near some friends and they lent us a few things. The place doesn't have Wi-Fi, they didn't have any dishes or a pot to heat up water or a microwave. After meeting with Wan we told him what other places included and thought including those things would help him out. We were no longer upset with the situation since we now knew we were his first guests.
