This is a beautiful, bright and very spacious luxury apartment in the heart of Dublin's IFSC.
The main bedroom has an extra large 'superking' bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a smaller double (140cm) bed. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
The living / dining / work space is a large, comfortable, light filled room with wood floors, two sofas, a desk and a large glass dining table. There is a balcony off the living room which overlooks the square and has lovely views. The kitchen is smart and fully fitted with everything you need.
Overall the apartment is decorated in neutral colours and has fantastic views from all the rooms.

We don't live in the apartment and won't be there during your stay. However I am available to help / answer any questions by email or through Airbnb messaging at any stage while you are our guest.
*On leaving the apartment we would appreciate if you could bring all refuse to the basement facility.
* No Pets allowed.
* Out of respect for others please do not smoke inside the apartment. There is a balcony off the living room where you can smoke if necessary.
* Please switch the hot water and heating to 'OFF' when you check out of the apartment (how to do this will be explained at check in)
* Plenty of clean bedding and towels are provided. Please do not use additional bedding or towels (stored in the hall cupboard) without checking with us first.
