Situated in leafy South London, but only minutes into central London this is the perfect place for your luxury stay in London.

This apartment was newly renovated in 2016 and behind the façade of a traditional Victorian house is a wonderfully spacious modern home. Tastefully decorated with a stylish mid-century modern look the apartment is littered with cool artworks and classic furniture. With a light and airy living room and kitchen on the top floor that offer breath-taking views over the city, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this entire property will be yours to enjoy. Sleeping up to 6 people in absolute comfort, the bedrooms have been laid out to offer maximum convenience with a selection of both double and single beds.

Rooms

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, draws and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with draws.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to make a double if needed, wardrobe and draws.
Bathroom: There is also a family bathroom, with a bath and integrated shower.
Kitchen and Living room: The beautiful kitchen and living room is situated on the second floor, in the loft conversation and has beautiful views over South London from the panoramic windows. The kitchen is complete with all mod cons and the living room comes with Sky TV and of course there is Wifi throughout the whole property.

We are a young professional couple who live in the apartment below.
The flats both have their own entrances so you’ll be free to treat the home as your own for the duration of your stay but should you require any assistance your hosts will only be a footstep away! If you have any special requests before or during your stay we will be on hand to help!

Extra guests
The apartment has 6 beds. We can potentially provide you with an airbed to sleep a further 2 people for an extra charge.
Young Children
Unfortunately we do not have a cot or a crib so if you have any little ones with you please bring your own. The flat also has 2 staircases so parents with small children will need to bring stair gates.
Smoking
As this is a completely new home the whole property is non-smoking. Any guests found to have been smoking in the property may be asked to leave and will lose their deposits.
Off-limit areas
Although it might seem inviting the flat roof outside the kitchen is not a roof terrace and guests are not allowed onto it.

Eating areas
A neat folding dining table in the living area can easily seat 6 and extra chairs are stored in the loft.
Cleaning procedures
The apartment will be fully cleaned ready for your arrival. We kindly ask that you leave it in the same condition that you found it. Guests failing to leave the property in an acceptable state may lose their deposits.

Laundry
The beds will be freshly made and clean towels will be waiting for you at the beginning of your stay. There is a washing machine and clothes rail in the apartment if you have to do any laundry during your stay. Should you require anything else please ask your hosts.

Gatherings or Parties
Although our pad is lovely and spacious and the ideal place for a celebratory retreat we’d like to remind you that your hosts we live below. So it is not the ideal place for a raucous rumpus and certainly not for dodgy shenanigans. If you are coming to london for that kind of celebration we ask that you are respectful and considerate to us and our home, any unreasonable behaviour will result in the guests being asked to leave.

Quiet hours
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. We’d like to ask that you keep the noise to a reasonable level during the evenings and no loud music after 10pm.
Pets/Animals
We love animals but unfortunately our apartment isn’t best suited to them so we kindly ask that you leave your four legged companions, birds, reptiles and fish at home.
Final Tips
Please respect our home and leave the house as you found it. Any breakages must be paid for.

accueil très sympathique, disponibilité de l'hôte. Cet hébergement est vraiment parfait pour venir à Londres. il se situe au sud de Londres, donc un accès facile, on peut y laisser sa voiture gratuitement. La gare pour se rendre en 17 minutes à Victoria Station est à 200 mètres mais il n'y a aucune nuisance liée au bruit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ; c'est vraiment pratique pour aller dans le centre de Londres, 15 mn de train et on y est! Appartement propre et clair, il nous a juste manqué une petite table pour pouvoir manger!

We stayed here for my sister's wedding with the family. Good location, free on street parking in the area during the weekends. Plenty of natural light, quiet and restful. We only met Leila very briefly at the beginning when she gave us keys, but she was flexible with our check in and check out times which was very helpful. Have rated slightly lower as think it worked out more expensive than had hoped due to high cleaning charge.

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful our "girls trip" was in Leila's beautiful apartment! Everything was just as described - we loved the accommodations and the convenience to the train. We also checked out several of Leila's recommendations for places in Penge and found them absolutely delightful!

Leila was a great host - very responsive and flexible on check-in/check-out times. The flat is cute and clean. We got hot at night because there were no fans and London was experiencing much higher than normal temperatures but other than that everything was comfortable and nice. The flat is right by the Penge East rail station. This is a 20 minute ride into Victoria station, with trains every 15 minutes and works with the Oyster Card. Neighborhood is super quiet at night and with in walking distance of a Tesco Express.
