Located in an historic old town brick bungalow, this newly renovated bright garden level basement apartment has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas range, two bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bathroom with a washer/dryer. Private entrance and garden patio with a gas grill.

Check in directly with the owners when you arrive. We'll give you the keys and get you settled in. Guests have access to a private brick patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. Two cruiser bicycles and a tandem are available for guest use. Private entrance.

Owners live upstairs and are great ambassadors for this fun-loving college town. We can suggest area biking trips and hiking trails, city attractions and cultural offerings, or leave you to explore on your own.

We're a block away from Library Park with a playground for tots, the Community Creative Center and Heritage Courtyard with historic cabins. A short stroll to historic downtown brings you to many independently owned cafe's, bakeries, shops, local breweries, cideries and distilleries. Safeway Grocery is only two blocks away. A short stroll away from downtown will bring you to Colorado State University and student hangouts.

There are many options for transportation:
If you arrive by car you can park on the street.
We have bicycles available. Additional bikes can be rented through the City's nearby Bike Library.
MAX is the City's north-south bus transit spine, only a few blocks away, and the nearest bus stop is only a block and a half away.
Two shuttle services from Denver International Airport will drop you at the door for a small additional fee. Try Green Ride ((URL HIDDEN) or Super Shuttle ((URL HIDDEN)
Yellow Cab, Uber, Zipcar and other car rental/sharing businesses in town.

There is a stairway entrance. The space is not ADA accessible.

Charlie Ferrie and Jeanne Shoaff are self proclamed "foodies" who have been active in the the Fort Collins arts community for several years. Charlie has been seen in several local theatre productions and after directing the Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art (FCMOCA) for seven years, Jeanne is presently the Gallery Coordinator at the Fort Collins Lincoln Center. Their passions are their grandchildren, yoga, book group and riding their tandem bicycle and are planning to ride coast to coast and to tour with their tandem internationally upon Jeanne's retirement.
