A full inspection and inventory is taken in preparation for your arrival and after your departure. Please be respectful of all that we have provided for your stay. We understand that accidents happen, if any breakage happens please contact me to arrange a reasonable replacement solution.
Please use the the provided, private, ski locker for ski and snowboard equipment.
Permitted parking is for one car. Parking pass must be displayed or subject to tow at car owner's expense. Please leave parking pass in the unit upon departure. A replacement pass will be charged to renter at $50.
Exit cleaning is included in your stay with two(2) loads of wash/dry. Additional loads will be deducted from security deposit. It is very helpful to us if you at least start a load of towels on your departure. Additional housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged.
We provide starter soaps, shampoo, and conditioner in bathrooms, as well as starter toilet paper and paper towels. Replenishing for the duration of your stay is your responsibility. The kitchen is also stocked with starter coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Laundry and dish soap is provided.
We have a very strict no pets, no smoking policy in our home, including balcony. Thank you for respecting our space. Any indication of violating these policies will result in immediate termination of lodging agreement and additional cleaning fees.
IMPORTANT: Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the Refuse closet in the hallway to the left of our unit door on the right hand side. Please do not leave anything outside the unit door. When checking-out make sure all garbage is taken out of the unit. Thank you!
