Important Vacation Rental Regulations in Palm Springs -

MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day.

POOL ‐ Being in the pool is fun. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level as to not impact neighbors when occupying the Vacation Rental.

CONDUCT ‐ Creating any unlawful disturbance, engaging in disorderly conduct at the Vacation Rental property is prohibited.

NIGHT TIME ‐ At your discretion please consider moving indoors after 10pm to help preserve the quiet neighborhoods. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices and do not exceed the established allowed levels. Our neighborhoods are very quiet at night. The City may issue a citation if the noise level is recorded above allowed levels.

OCCUPANCY ‐ Please abide by the occupancy limits set in your reservation.

PARKING ‐ Please utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle(s) before using street parking. There is a limitation on parking. Only one (1) vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time.

HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE - Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rentals upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue, including pool heating. Failure to do so precludes any courtesy consideration. RATE ADJUSTMENT/ COMPENSATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF REPORTED ISSUE IS NOT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY : Guest is exclusivley responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQ's are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.

We really had a great time in this lovely house, our only concern was the lack of mirrors and dim lighting in some bedrooms but everything is fab and plenty of room, great kitchen bbq, pool etc, if we go back to Palm Springs we will be staying here- after they add some new mirrors :)

Our stay at the Laurel Modern was fantastic! From the moment you walk into the house it's very welcoming. The space is bright and clean. The pool and lounge areas are very nice. It was nice to have all the amenities included, all we had to do was pick up the groceries we needed for the few meals we ate at the house because there is so many restaurants in the area within a 5 minute drive. The staff we dealt with during booking, check in and questions during our stay were very pleasant to deal with and was seamless check in and out procedures. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

This is an amazing home. Great location and has everything you need for a small group getaway. Wish we could had spent another week there!

This is an immaculate and lovely home. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. Rental staff were outstanding -very responsive, friendly. We would definitely return.

I stayed here with a few of my girlfriends for the long MLK weekend in January. The place comfortable can fit 8 adults, with 3 bedrooms inside and a casasita with it's own bathroom. We opted to heat the pool because it was a little chilly and it was perfect. WiFi access was good and the check-in / check-out process was fantastic. We did need a car to get downtown, but we also used UBER to go out at night and it was pretty inexpensive. The neighborhood is quiet and not too far from Albertsons and the Palm Springs airport (about a 10min ride). Loved this place and would definitely come back!

This is such an incredible vacation rental with guest quarters for a a nanny or chef if you want. Incredible private yard and salt water pool. Easy transition and communication with the management.

Impeccable, beautiful home -- think Dwell or the West Elm catalog -- in a convenient area. All the details were thoughtfully taken care of -- comfortable beds, pool toys, a well-stocked kitchen for group meals, and even a doggy bowl. The perfect spot for a weekend reunion with old friends. We can't wait to come back!

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.

We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy AirBnB booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!

Oasis Rentals is a small intimate host team and we enjoy what we do and we hope it shows! We only take houses we love so we know you are going to love our homes as much as we do!
