At the back of the property, there's an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with one great wall of double-height windows. This opens out to a wooden balcony to accommodate al fresco dining and drinks as well as providing a super spot to view the Regent's Canal and watch the houseboats, kayakers and families of swans and ducks go by! You'll feel like you're in a little oasis... right in the middle of the City.
The navy and white bathroom is functional and equipped with fluffy towels and toiletries with a bath (with shower overhead), loo and sink.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, ample hanging space and a chest of drawers.
Let the mezzanine be your sanctuary after a hard day's work, shopping or sight-seeing. There's a comfortable king-size bed (with memory foam mattress) and a further sitting area with large grey suede sofa, matching armchair, coffee table and 42'' flat-screen TV. For guests visiting in winter time, this area is particularly cosy!
Guests will enjoy a quiet nights sleep in this property (from either room) as it's set well away from the nearest road... another one of the benefits of being on the canal!
Guests should note that the second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and, accordingly, it is not totally private as it looks down to the kitchen and living area below. The first bedroom, on the lower floor, is a normal room with a door you can shut. The property is very quiet as it overlooks the water. There is a lift.

Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
