Located on 16th between P and O Street, the WC Shinn building is right in the action of downtown. The University of Nebraska campus, main street bars, Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena and the Haymarket District are all within a 12 minute walk.
Small but comfy! Exposed ceilings, concrete floors, new kitchen appliances, and modern furniture. Our apartment is on the main floor but there are four stairs when you first come into the building.
The kitchen and living room feature Hue Lighting and an open concept floor plan. In the kitchen, you'll find a stove, full sized fridge, toaster, coffee pot, espresso machine, microwave and pans to cook with. Relax on the L-Couch and watch HBO or Netflix on the new curved flatscreen TV. There's also a washer and dryer located in the unit if you need it.
The bathroom has a full tub and shower. There's clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and soap for guest use.

Our apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom. My boyfriend and I will be at work most of the time but we will be sleeping in the other bedroom. I have a car in case of an emergency. Please don't hesitate to call/text.
Please respect our space. I am a college student who has worked very hard to afford this space and everything in the unit. This apartment is quiet most of the time so please keep in mind our neighbors.
- No loud noise. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
- No additional guests allowed in building.

Student at the University of Nebraska, studying Graphic Design and Advertising & Public Relations. I keep busy with work, bartending at a local bar, and try to maintain a social life every once in awhile. I love traveling so I find it's important to help others travel as well.
Visiting new countries, running, swimming, coffee, working, journaling, driving aimlessly, music, scrapbooking, bike riding, buying groceries, reading endless things on the internet at 3am, lemon water and good company.
(This is really hard and it's never fair to compare..)
