Le logement

This recently-renovated (April 2013) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom annexe to our house in HAMPSTEAD is located conveniently close to 2 tube stations; a 10 minute walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and slightly more to Chalk Farm station (Northern Line), as well as numerous buses to the 'West End'. This delightful accommodation has its own private entrance and is situated on a quiet street of historic houses within a Preservation Area.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with a King-size 6ft (183 cms) bed, the other with 2 twin beds - each 2ft 6" (76 cms) wide. There is a shower room with toilet and basin.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

The spacious and modern kitchen on the ground floor has a dining area, and is fitted with a washing-machine, dishwasher/drier, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster.All crockery, pots and pans, and utensils are provided.

There is a second shower room on the ground floor with basin and toilet.

If you can drag yourself away from the picture window in the living-room looking out onto the garden, there is a comfy leather sofa facing a 46" Smart TV with flat screen, and other technological devices include a DVD player, Mp3 player and video player/recorder. High speed Internet Wi-Fi connection is included.

Off-street parking for one car.

We are a pet-free house, although you might see the occasional squirrel scampering across the lawn.

Within walking distance is a convenience store, library, swimming pool & leisure centre, and a cinema complex with IMAX. The nearby Finchley Road shopping strip offers a large selection of shops and supermarkets as well as some smaller eclectic boutiques.

Primrose Hill and the park is almost at the end of our street and offers a stunning panorama over Central London.Beside the park is the trendy 'village' in Regents Park Road with its iconic pub, smart boutiques, organic cafes and chic restaurants, frequented mostly by locals.We are also walking distance to Regents Park and its open-air summer theatre, London Zoo, Lords Cricket Ground, and Camden Town which is known for its famous Camden Lock Market - shopping Nirvana- and the Roundhouse Theatre, specialising in alternative theatre and music festivals.Musnt forget The Hampstead Theatre in Swiss Cottage - lots of new plays with well-known actors.

We host non-smokers only, and children over 12 years old. Minimum stay - until the 1st June is 90 nights- that's 3 months.

Our annexe is unique because it is rare to find such spacious and quiet self-contained accommodation in the centre of London. It's a little bit of the country in the town!

We found the Annexe just as promised! A very comfortable place perfectly placed between two major Underground lines. Easy access to local shops for stocking your kitchen. M&S Simply Food in Finchley Road had best selection. An absolutely fabulous place!
