This splendid home has an extremely unique layout, from a stream running through the garden to a converted upper floor unlike most. Sleeping up to eight guests, this home is great for a big group or family as it will afford you plenty of ways to relax.

ROOMS
As well as having very high ceilings and spacious rooms, this home has clearly been inspired by a great passion for art, demonstrated by the vast displays of captivating artwork all around the house.

LIVING / DINING AREA
An open-plan ground floor featuring a large sofa and two armchairs facing a large flat-screen TV, plus a dining table to seat eight.

SECOND LIVING ROOM
On the first floor is another living room furnished with two fabulous sofas, a fireplace and bay windows.

STUDY
The top floor is interconnected with the spare room via some stairs and features a beautiful arched wooden desk, and also leads onto the roof terrace.

KITCHEN
From the entrance and up some stairs is the kitchen with a large island and all the modern amenities. There are views out to the garden and stream from this room.

GUEST BEDROOM
On the first landing you will find a simple bedroom with a king size bed and views onto the greenery-lined street.

COT ROOM
The cot room features a fireplace, a beautiful red wooden armchair and a long padded bench.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. With a very comfy and impressive super king size bed and leading to the bathroom via sliding doors.

SPARE ROOM
Featuring a king size sofa bed and separated from the master bedroom by a bathroom, this room also leads onto a small area with a piano.

BATHROOM #1
The second floor bathroom has a large bath with a shower and a large mirror, maximising light in the room.

BATHROOM #2
Featuring an enormous mirror, a bath, separate shower and a WC.

THE GARDEN
With a distinctive stream flowing through a channel in the patio, and a fish pond - perfect for relaxing.

This home is right on the southern border of Hampstead Heath with a suburban feel to the area plus many boutique shops and cafes. In the summer season, we recommend Hampstead Heath for a breath of fresh air from city life - it only takes 3 minutes to walk to Hampstead Heath from the property and you will enjoy wonderful panoramic views of Central London. South End Road, Haverstock Hill and Highgate Road are all close by and offer a large range of restaurants and cafes. We recommend the lovely pub ‘The Stag’ which has a lovely beer garden and offers various tasty dishes. ‘The Little Thai’ is also a few minutes from the house for those seeking more exotic cuisine.

You are just 2 minutes’ walk from Gospel Oak Overground station at this property. Take a train just three stops to reach the Jubilee Line and National Rail services - from which you can reach Westminster in a further 10 minutes, passing through Baker Street and Bond Street (for shopping on Oxford Street). Westminster station is a great starting point for visiting famous attractions such as Big Ben, the houses of Parliament, London Dungeons, Sea Life aquarium, and also strolling the Victoria Embankment.

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.

Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
