This is a wonderful studio called the Seamus Heaney.

Just recently refurbished, this studio apartment is suitable for 2-3 people.

We provide all mod cons and every convenience to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, cable TV and parking if needed are all included in the price.

Freshly laundered bed linen, towels and a welcome pack are supplied. We also provide each apartment with hairdryer and an iron.

There is a laundry room located at the back of the house so that guests staying for longer periods of time can do their own laundry free of charge.

There is a double bed and a pull down sofa bed that can sleep another person comfortably. There is also a bathroom with electric power shower.

Every effort has been made to provide all the comforts of home and all of our guests find this apartment charming and great value.

Extremely convenient to Dublin City Centre with a bus just a minutes walk from the front door taking you to the doors of Trinity College in just 10 minutes. Other places to visit are Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, Jameson Distillery, Phoenix Park (this is a 10 minute walk away), Dublin Zoo, Botanic Gardens, James Joyce Centre, St. Stephens Green, Christchurch Cathedral, Conference Centre, Viking & Medieval Area and numerous galleries and museums. If you prefer to walk to the city centre it's a 30 minute stroll.

We are also just 8 minutes walk away from the beautiful Phoenix Park which has a playground for our younger guests and also houses Dublin Zoo. This park is well worth a visit and is a great way to unwind and enjoy nature.

The house is an old Victorian red bricked building and is full of character and charm. This apartment is situated at the back of the house and is quiet and tranquil so guests can relax in peace and quiet after a long day sightseeing.

All of our guests remark on how easy it is to commute to Dublin city centre and beyond as there is an excellent bus service that runs right by the house that will take you all over Dublin and even further if required. There is also the light rail system "Luas" that is only a few minutes walk from the apartment also. For guests that hire a car there is on street parking that is free.

There is a major supermarket just a 3 minute walk away with a bakery, butchers and a pharmacy.
There are several great restaurants in the neighbourhood and all are within easy walking distance. There is also a pub nearby that provides nightly traditional music and is a great attraction for guests and locals alike.

We feel that our apartments provide a great getaway for people and we take pride in providing a clean, relaxing and luxurious surrounding for your hard earned holiday.

There is a private bathroom with shower.
Guests arrving late at night can access keys with a key safe.

I manage to meet most guests on arrival but if I can't I nearly always get to meet them before they check out.

If I can't meet guests I email details of where to find the keys before arrival.

I'm always available by phone or email and am happy to assist guests in any way I can.

This street is a beautifully tree lined street which runs right up the the entrance of the Phoenix Park.

This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground. It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres.

The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin.
There is a major supermarket just 3 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, bars, restuarants and many other amenities all within easy walking distance.

There is an excellent public transport system with several bus routes that pass right past the house and also a light rail system that is easily accessible.
The city centre is only 10 minutes from the apartment and can be walked in 25-30 minutes.
We can organise taxis for guests upon request and an airport transfer can be arranged also upon request for a fee.

Hôte accueillant! On était bien installé.Seul bémol, le frigo qui fait du bruit la nuit et le boucan de l'appartement du dessus la nuit, à croire qu'ils déplaçaient les meubles!

Liam a été super gentil, il a même pu m'accommoder pour garder un de mes sacs de voyage quelques jours. L'appartement était vraiment mignon, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour bien y vivre et tout était super propre. Je le recommande fortement !!

L'appartement est sympa, petit, surtout si vous êtes 3 ou 4 mais suffisant. Si vous comptez faire vos activités dans le centre, l'appartement est très bien desservi par les bus mais à pied il faudra quand même compter 25 à 30 minutes à bonne allure. Rien ne manquait dans l'appartement et il y a un supermarché juste à côté pour faire les courses.

We had a very nice stay at Liam's apartment. He was very accommodating and helpful, as we were a little lost when we got into Dublin. The apartment is very clean and quiet. We were only really in it to sleep at night. We drove from the airport and parking outside of the apartment was always plentiful and conveniently located. There are ships and restaurants all around the apartment. There is a bus stop located just several feet from the door. We would definitely return and recommend Liam's place!

Exactly as pictured, good location with-in walking distance to many major attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Liam is an excellent and extremely attentive host and responded immediately with the few questions I had during my stay.

Liam was very accommodating with checkin/checkout time and we had little trouble communicating with him. We found the place big enough for 2 of us and having microwave, stove and oven was definitely a plus. The apartment was very close to a grocery store (Tesco, 2-3 min walk) and it only took 15-20 minutes on bus to get to Temple Bar, Trinity College area. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and Hertz/Thrifty car rental in a walking distance. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and made our Dublin trip an unforgettable one!

Was a great place to spend the weekend. There was easy parking. It's about 30 min walk from the centre. We had a short power outage but that sorted itself out

I grew up in the tourist business as my parents ran a hotel in Kildare so I have always wanted to get back into the hosptality industry. I have owned this house from the early '90's when I returned from New York where I had lived for a number of years. I have been in the buidling trade for the last 20 years so I thought I would combine the two and refurbish the house and provide rental accommodation in an extremely convenient locations to tourists.
