This is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Pines vacation home on Hilton Head. It has been completely updated, including new artwork, new bedding and even a new welcome mat. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach.
The formal living room is located just as you walk into the home and has a wall of windows along the back with views of the pool area. There is plenty of seating for everyone and a large 60 inch flat panel television. A large archway opens this room into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a center island, tons of counter space and the dining area with a table that will seat 6 comfortably. The living room, kitchen and dining area all have beautiful hardwood floors.
The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a small step down. This cozy room has a Queen sleeper sofa, small table which is ideal for board games or playing cards, and a flat panel television. This area as well as the entrance way has a patterned brick floor with a sliding door that leads to the pool area.
Three bedrooms are on the 1st level and are all located on the same side of the home. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, 37 inch flat screen TV, private bath with double bowl sinks and shower only, with access to the side courtyard. The queen bedroom with a new dresser, shares a Jack--Jill bathroom with 2 twin beds, which has private access to the pool area. The last bedroom is located up stairs and has a king bed, 32 inch flat panel TV and private bath with combination tub/shower. There is also a small sitting area upstairs next to the bathroom – great for reading books or reflecting on the day.
The large swimming pool is totally enclosed for the utmost in privacy, surrounded by a fence and tall trees. There are plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ grill for making dinner in the evening. 2 Green Heron is a quick walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a snack, or an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. There is always a lot of things to do in Hilton Head, SC !

2 Green Heron has a 4 night minimum stay in effect, except for the week before & after the Easter holiday and the months of June, July and August where all stays must be 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.
HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.
PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.
KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 26 Sea Lane is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property
LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.
REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.
USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.
RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
