Please let me know if you plan to have your own vehicle during your visit. Street parking or use of the garage parking (garage parking is free and included with your reservation). Street parking is metered and usually available right in front of the building.
Again, please be aware this is an urban apartment. It is a safe area with a Walk Score of 97 but you might asked for change, which is common with most cities. If this makes you uncomfortable at all, I would not recommend Over-the-Rhine or downtown in general and would recommend a suburb of Cincinnati.

Visitors of your own are welcomed but please let me know ahead of time out of common courtesy and respect to my home and my neighbors. You maybe on vacation but my neighbors are not. Please keep noise levels in the hallways and inside my space at a reasonable level.
When checking out, please place any used (white only!) sheets, towels or robes in the laundry washer before departing. Please put a new set of sheets on the bed. Clean sheets are located next to the laundry machine.
Please take all trash (bathroom and desk too) to the larger trash cans in the courtyard.
I love candles! But please blow any candles out when falling asleep or leaving the apartment, even if it is only for a moment. You can always re-light them. That's half the fun! :)
Absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR OUT THE WINDOW. This not only my rule but the building's rule too. This includes E-cigarettes. Nothing against smoking, but only do it outside. Please dispose of all butts properly in the trash can or provided trays.
