This is a 90 square metre three million pound apartment which is bright and airy with all amenities one could want . The kitchen has all Neff appliances . Nespresso coffee machine toaster and juicer.There is a washer dryer. The apartment boasts american walnut flooring and also the bedrooms have been bespoke fitted.There is also space for files if you want to stay longer and use the office.Please note a professional cleaning company are contracted to clean my apartment after each guests visit.
This period property has extra high ceilings which gives you that feeling of much more space.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

As and when required as I only live 300 yards away.

Mayfair is the jewel in the crown when it comes to London . It has everything one could want, all on your doorstep. From world renowned restaurants and bars to great galleries and historic buildings an no need to spend any money on taxis or public transport.

You are only a few seconds away from Oxford Circus and New Bond Street tube however everything is within walking distance from your front door.

With the apartment being so centrally located you won't need to spend your money on taxis buses or tubes as everything you need is all within walking distance of my home. Please note the 5th and 6th persons can sleep on a luxury blow up bed in the living room. It is perfect for 4 guests but it can accommodate 6 guests.
There will be an extra fee of £30 for check in between 12 noon and 15.00pm and after 18.00pm.There is the option of late check out after 10.00am - 13.00subject to availability for £80.There will be a fee of £50 for the loss of keys or in case of being locked outside the flat.

Andrew's place is very accessible to tube and buses and many places are within walking distance. Comfortable accommodations and virtually no car traffic right outside the apartment. Nice to have Starbucks right outside the door. Andrew was very nice and even let us store our bags after checkout for a couple hours!

This was our first trip to London and after staying in Andrew's lovely Mayfair apartment, we could not imagine having chosen anything nicer for its location and charm as well as its convenience. It was nice having such a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were both quiet, even though it is located in a fairly busy section of London. The restaurants nearby were varied and all within easy walking distance and it was only a 2 min walk to the closest tube station, which made getting around very easy. Andrew was a great host-checking in to see if we needed anything. He was at the apartment when we arrived and went through the trouble of showing us around the Mayfair section of town and where great restaurants and shops were. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrew's place is very central. A great location for shoppers. Starbucks across the street, 2 sushi places next door. A couple of food markets within walking distance. We had some issues with the heating - it was us who didn't know how to change the heating. We sent Andrew a text and he sent us instructions and we were able to work it. The place is nice and I would recommend it.

This is a lovely, spacious apartment with two large baths, very comfortable beds and a well- equipped kitchen. The location is superb as the tube station is just steps away, making all of London accessible. We stayed here in December and the neighboring Oxford and Regent Streets were beautifully decorated for the season. Noise sensitive renters should be aware that there is signifiant construction ongoing which affects the front bedroom in the early hours. Unfortunately, Andrew was out of the country during our stay and was not available to address some of the issues that arose in the apartment with the lack of heating and wi-fi. His wife was accessible and gracious in trying to resolve the issues, but they remained unresolved throughout our stay. Had the heating and wi-fi worked properly, our stay would have been first class.

Hi Molly Just to answer some of your concerns. Wifi- unfortunately a lorry had smashed into the telephone exchange and caused 760 phone lines in the area to be disconnected which means there has been no internet for 8 days now. The engineers are working 24/7 to get the lines up and running. The heating is working fine it just needed switching on by the boiler. The towls which are provided on the beds are for the guest use. The ones you found in my cupboards were not for use by the guests. Decoration to the hallway and stairs is provided by the management company and i have no control over this.There are four apartments in this block and the other 3 apartments are occupied by full time occupants not airbnb visitors. The noise issue is beyond our control and we can only reduce our rent to reflect this which we have done. My home was being rented to a company called one fine stay who use to rent my apartment out at £560 per night rather than my £290 per night. Thanks Andrew
