Perfectly located right in the heart of the historic Fremantle precinct on top of retail space and Hush Coffee Shop, this heritage listed 1904 apartment is a perfect place to escape the bustle of the city and revel in the space that this old building offers.

Entry into the property is via an ivy covered rear access into the property’s historical rear lane and stairs.
When you step thru the door into the light filled refurbished apartment complete with original polished Jarrah floors and 15ft high ceilings, you will feel at home.
1904 is equipped with 54.5 inch LCD television and blue ray, a fully functional kitchen and laundry and most items needed to ensure your stay will be comfortable and a success.
The entry at the top of the stairs opens onto the dining room which comfortably seats four, with access to the kitchen on the left. Proceed right down the passage to the large bedroom with queen size bed, premium linen, and a place to unpack and hang up your clothes.
The bathroom is complete with bath tub, and full length mirror which serves as a door to the small but well equipped laundry with front loader washer, dryer, large sink, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
The end of the passage opens up to the sitting room. This room faces High Street below, (no access) is light and sun filled from its soaring windows and is a place to relax and enjoy. The entertainment area includes the 54.5 inch LCD television hooked up to BluRay. There is also a micro stereo player ipod/phone compatible with Thunderbolt connection.
A small desk is provided with a printer and wifi connection, to catch up with friends or address the mounting emails.

Whilst 1904 is a single bedroom unit, it is extremely spacious and inviting, boasting a floor area greater than many modern 2 or 3 bedroom constructions. It would suit those with a passion for the lifestyle that Fremantle can offer and the idiosyncratic nature of the buildings and access surrounded by the vitality of life. It is far removed from a 16 square metre hotel room and will surely delight you.

Positioned in the West End of High Street, 1904 is literally right in the middle of all that Fremantle can offer!

Café Strip? - 4 minute walk but within 2 minutes walk there are a myriad of café and eating options available

Art? - Surrounded by galleries and art spaces

Ocean? - 5 minutes walk to the sea

Fishing boat harbour? – 10 minutes walk to the famous fish and chips and the bustle of the port

Shopping? - Surrounded by all the shops and boutiques of Fremantle. High St abounds with quirky independent stores and is a great place to fossick for holiday memories.

Pubs? - a 5 minute walk to at least 4 famous Hotels

Museums? - Historic Round House, Maritime Museum, Ship wreck Museum all within 5 minutes walk or take a ferry across to Rottnest Island. Or cycle the many cycle paths - yes a bicycle is provided.

Essentially you will be able to explore everywhere in Fremantle by foot and soak in the atmosphere that only Fremantle and the Doctor (local name for Sea Breezes) seem to be able to conjure.

Car? - no need to drive as everything is in walking distance!

4 minutes walk to the Fremantle Train Station or bus depot
There are two buses called “The Cat” that provide free transport throughout The Port City all day every day

Collie Street parking is a 3-4 minute walk, has 24 hour service
and attractive weekly and monthly rates.

As you are choosing to stay in the heart of Fremantle you will hear some street and café noise.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your occupancy and/or additional payments.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. This includes removing all personal rubbish and doing your dishes. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and extra payment.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
