We have a cosy studio cottage available on Nicholson Street Brunswick East. The former bungalow now has its own private street entrance & private yard. The studio has a double bed, living area, small kitchen, a bathroom and generous courtyard.
The space is small but just right for two people! It has a double bed, two-seater couch and is no stranger to having a cot (provided separately if you require). It has a small kitchen with four hobs (no oven) and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Linen is provided.

We may be available to meet you during your stay, however if we are not available we will inform you of all you need to know about getting access and leaving.
Guests please note: As the property is facing Nicholson Street, there is some traffic noise.
There are no laundry facilities.
A cot for babies and toddlers can be arranged.
As this is our main residence, we have asked for a $200 security deposit managed by Airbnb, in case accidents happen. Please keep a close eye on the keys, as they cost $200 to re-cut (I know!).
Linen is provided.
We ask that guests respect our neighbours by keeping loud noise to a minimum after 10.30pm.

We love our house! Its a little oasis and a great place to relax. We do a lot of art projects and we are currently working on a series of light box illustrations inspired by the wonderful s in the garden (check out @FrogWolfDesign on Instagram). We spend most weekends inventing, reinventing or travelling. From time to time our entire home is available for bookings. We will try to accommodate your needs as best we can!
