1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys at the concierge.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:
Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

I think there is no other way of characterizing our feeling about the apartment as "mixed". The apartment is basically a good one: most of all very well located (a few steps from Vauxhall tube station), comfortable and convenient (2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms), and basically a quite good immediate neighborhood. But we were somewhat annoyed in other respects: the apartment is located within a complex of several large buildings (which is not a problem by itself) and ,as advertised , it belongs to a rental company rather that to a private individual. Your immediate point of contact is the building concierge office and not your host. Though (fortunately) the office is apparently available 24 hrs a day they take no responsibility for the apartment. First of all, we got on electronic key for the main entrance that did not work (we asked our host for a second set but were told that she could not find it) so every time we had to contact the office to open the main door for us. As a matter of fact, it took as a while to meet the lady who gave us the key when we first arrived and we were lucky that the taxi driver that brought us from the airport was kind enough to phone her a few times until we could work out the rendezvous ( though we had advised her beforehand about our expected arrival time ). Most annoying was the fact that we could not open the master bedroom's window to air our room; since the knob was broken (actually there was knob!). Also, we did not succeed turning the bed lamps on (perhaps our lack of understanding on how the lamps worked) and when we phoned our host we were told to send an email and that we would get an answer the next day…). In short, the communication channel with our host wasn't the greatest. In general words I would characterize the apartment's maintenance level as fairly low. Definitely I wouldn’t say that this is an "elegant" apartment which "…stands out in every imaginable way" as advertised in the Airbnb site. The pictures displayed in Airbnb most likely will lead you to imagine a new apartment which is not the case. Other things were fine such as the kitchen's equipment, the overall size of the apartment, etc.

Arvi was very helpful in the beginning and was flexible when I mistakenly made the booking for the wrong dates. The check-in procedure was quick and easy and the apartment as advertised. Except there was no hot water. We spent three hours on the phone with a service company trying to get the water heater to work, while the guy who checked us in couldn't get in touch with anyone from the property management company at a decision-making level to help us move to another apartment managed by Arvi or to authorize a technician to come fix the hot water. We ended up finding another hotel for two nights -- at an exorbitant rate since we were searching for a room at 10pm Saturday night of a three-day weekend. Arvi and Airbnb refunded some of what we paid, but we still ended up several hundred dollars out of pocket. I have encouraged Arvi to ensure someone from the company who can make decisions and authorize repairs is on call in the future so problems like we experienced can be dealt with expeditiously.
