A wonderful 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 guests with 1 double bed and a double sofa bed which sleeps up to 2 additional guests.
Situated in the famous Chelsea and Kensington area this is a location near many famous attractions in London.

This 1 bedroom flat is neat and cosy allowing you to enjoy your time in this well known area of Kensington and Chelsea.
There is a double bed in the the bedroom which can sleep up to 2 guests and a sofa in the lounge which an open up into sofa bed and sleeps an additional 2 guests. Features include modern bathroom with heated towel rail, fully modernised kitchen including Nespresso Machine and very fast WIFI.


There is also fast dedicated WIFI in the apartment.
Early check in and late check out is available if there are no other guests arriving or leaving that day. The service is chargeable. Please ask for details.
Off site luggage storage available at extra cost for early arrivals or late departures. Ask for details.

Sloane Square is short walk away and the famous Harrods just over 10 minutes and the Natural History Museum nearby this is a location with lots to offer.

The guests can use the whole apartment privately with no shared access to anything. We are on hand to tend to your needs if and when required.

We are nearby if required but try to leave you in private as much as possible.

This a neighbourhood offering some of London's finest shopping and restaurants. South Kensington Underground is just 5 minutes away which takes you into Central London in 15 minutes. The actual apartment is located in the Chelsea Cloisters benefitting from a concierge with 24 hour reception, 2 bars and 2 restaurants serving Argentine and Japanese cuisine. This apartment is the perfect choice for those wanting to experience some of London's most well known museums and shopping attractions. The famous Harrods is just a 15 minutes walk away. The famous Kings Road is just 5 minutes away. Close to popular museums - Science Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and The Natural History Museum, take your pick!

There is secure underground parking available in this complex.
South Kensington Underground is 5 minutes away - Piccadilly, Circle & District Lines
Sloane Square is 7 minutes away - Circle and District Lines.
Victoria mainline station is a 5 taxi ride or 5 minutes on the underground.

Thank you for staying in our flat. I hope you have a wonderful time when in London. Myself and my team are here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
If you would kindly follow these simple rules, it would make your stay better and will really help me at the end of the stay to make sure the apartment is ready for the next guests, who will usually be checking in on the same day that you leave. This puts us under a little bit of pressure to make sure everything is ready on time.

SHOES:
Kindly remove outside shoes when inside the flat

BE HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING:
We have found that guests sometimes haven't been completely honest about the number of guests staying. More guests staying creates more cleaning work which impacts the incoming guests (more wet towels and bed linen, cleaning takes longer) and is also unfair on our cleaner who works very hard to get the apartment ready for you and other guests. So in the spirit of trust on Airbnb, I request that you let me know about the true number of guests staying. Only the guests booked on Airbnb are permitted to stay in the flat and I will immediately report unauthorised guest activities to Airbnb customer services.
Please also count children over 1 year old as a guest. Any child under 1 year old stays for free.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Due to the nature of Airbnb, it can be very problematic and costly for hosts when guests make changes to their bookings which reduce the number of guests or reduce the number of days. We therefore regret that we are unable to provide any refunds for changes to the bookings which result in reduced numbers of guests or reduced amount of days stayed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Travel cots are available at no extra charge. Please ask at booking to make sure we have one for you on arrival

SMOKING:
Please kindly do not smoke in the apartment. There is a law in the UK which if caught could result in a £5000 fine for myself and for guests. Please don't get us fined :). If you must smoke, please go outside on the balcony. There is an ashtray in the kitchen bottom drawer, please use it and kindly dispose of all ash and cigarette ends. Please do not throw any ends or ash over the balcony into the garden or the flat below.

PETS:
Pets are not permitted unfortunately as there is nowhere for them to go to the toilet.

NEIGHBOURS:
Please be considerate of the neighbours in the early mornings and late evenings. This flat has neighbours above and I ask that you respect them so that I do not have to deal with neighbour complaints and then need to involve Airbnb customer services. Specifically please don't make noise after 10pm or before 7am and please don't have any parties. There are plenty of places outside the flat in London to have them!

CHECK OUT:
Upon check-out, please kindly remove your rubbish. The rubbish area is in the garage on the right hand side as you exit the apartment block.

HELP AND REPAIRS
- As I live very nearby, either myself or my team are always available during daytime hours to help you with questions you might have. I or my team may need to enter the premises to carry out repairs or requests from you. We will always notify you and it will only be during daylight hours.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
Please kindly stick to the check in times and arrange with me before booking if you need to check in or check out at a different time. I will try to accommodate your request (I can often store luggage for you for a few hours) but as the apartments are usually booked up and require cleaning, it can be a little bit tricky. The cleaner will be arriving at 10am to begin preparing for the next guests. If you check out late without arranging this with me beforehand, this may impact on the incoming guests and my cleaner who will not be able to complete the cleaning. So it is a little unfair on everyone.

DAMAGE:
As with all Airbnb listings, If any damage or missing items are discovered on check out, I will notify you of these and you will be liable to cover the cost of the repair or replacement of these items. Don't be too alarmed though, this has only ever happened once before.
