This is a huge and cozy room in Bushwick, 1 block from the train, laundry across the street and a corner store in the building. Great view of one world trade and the empire state building.
The space is very big, about 165 square feet, and has a very high ceiling. It also has 3 large windows close together around the corner of the building, so It has almost sunroom-like quality. You are greeted every morning with glorius light, but not too much because the sun is rising on the other side of the building. However, the sunset can be seen in vivid color every day. The windows also offer a view of most of the Manhattan sky-line, including the World trade and empire state building. Its really an inspiring room. There will be a desk for writing, working or using your computer.

Hello there. I am a musician originally from Upstate New York, and I came to New York City in 2011 to study music. I have lived in countless apartments in NYC and the Yonkers/Bronxville area so I have seen some of the best and not-so-best the city has to offer. My living space, which I share with a childhood friend and fellow artist, is eccentric and very reflective of our unique taste and story. An artist looking to experience undilluted artist life in the City would get the (dare I say) perfect picture of what it is REALLY like in NYC for them! That being said, it is comfy and cozy and not without its luxuries.
I guess I'll give these prompt questions a shot:
5 things I can't live without:
1. My Bass
2. The Sun
3. New things
4. My Books
5. A Pastrami Rueben
you can take a listen to music I make here:
