Stearns Street is just minutes walk from the Gaines Street Art & Music District and College Town with lots of funky coffee shops, bars with live music and restaurants with diverse and lively menus. Also, for beer lovers there are two breweries (Proof and Grassland Breweries) within a half-mile of the Condo. The condo is compact, tidy and comfortable. You'll love having a glass of wine, relaxing out on the west balcony in the evening and watching the last light of the sun peering through great and majestic live oak branches..

Have fun but keep the noise down after hours that might disturb the neighbors. Please turn off the central air/heat when leaving. Remove the trash on your way out to the car. Trash bags available under kitchen sink. All garbage should be deposited in the dumpster at the west end of the complex. Please recycle all plastic and glass in the green and blue recycle containers along side the community center.
There is an onsite laundry facility on the north side of the community center. Ask for me for the code if you wish to do laundry.
Return key to lock box, lock and close both doors. To relock the lock box, enter the same code you used to enter the apartment.
We live in Tallahassee, one of the oldest cities in Florida, rich in history and southern culture.. Cliff is community minded and former elected official. He is currently a Climate Reality Leader in Florida trained by Al Gore and the Climate Reality Project. Georjean is a well-known artist. She writes and performs rituals such as marriages and other transitional moments. Waylon is an 11th grader at SAIL High School, an innovative, award winning public high school.. We love to take long walks. Cliff plays tennis, Waylon plays video games, and rides his bike. Things Cliff can't live without? Coffee, tennis, being surrounded in nature, hanging out with friends & family and working to make a difference in our world. Together we have traveled the world and lived in many countries including Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, England Greece and Spain. We often stay with AirBnB hosts while traveling or in quiet B & B's.
