The kitchen is available for full use, guests may help themselves to milk, tea, instant coffee and the soda stream machine. A shelf in the fridge will be set aside for use. There is an espresso machine and I would be happy to make a coffee to order if I am home! The dining table is in the lounge room and available for use.

This is a shared space so at the very least I will be around morning and evening during the week and in and out over weekends. The space would be ideal for short-term stays as a base for getting out and exploring - I am a font of knowledge about city restaurants and coffee spots!
So close to the excitement of the Windsor Chapel St foodie precinct, Armadale High St, Toorak & Hawkesburn Villages for designer clothes and quality opp shops, cafes, restaurants, homewares, antique and vintage bazaars.
For history buffs, Armadale is located between two of Melbourne's great colonial manor houses, RiponLea and Como House - tours not to be missed.
I would ask that guests treat my home and neighbours respectfully.
The flat and grounds are strictly no smoking.
Check-in is 2pm, checkout up until 12pm. Unless otherwise arranged, I will endeavour to meet guests on arrival to hand over keys.
Guests will have access to a spare set of keys and are encouraged to come and go as they please.
Beds will be made up on arrival and guests will have full run of the house. Milk, tea & instant coffee are supplied, BYO food. Fridge space and use of cooking facilities available. Please think of it like your own home, enjoy the space but also leave it as clean and tidy as you find it, cleaning fee covers linen costs but not general tidying up.
On checkout, guests are asked to strip the linens from the bed and leave with used towels in the hamper provided. Door to be locked on exit and spare keys left on the dining table.
