This is a brand new condo with all brand new furnitures & furnishings. Perfect for travellers who want to explore Cebu on a budget. Can sleep up to 4 guests. No breakfast is provided. Below the condo have bakery, pizza and restaurant and small stores.
This is a unique studio Condo to base on while exploring the nearby islands of Cebu, Bohol, Dumagete, Iloilo, Bacolod etc. This Condominium can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. The surrounding have several bakeries, convenience little stores and 3 open markets and little restaurants in the street of H Abellana. The unit have also light cooking facilities. Tea and coffee are free too.

My nephew Maynard will take care of your stay to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will provide contact details once your booking is confirmed.
If you are travelling light, you can take public transport eg: a combination of Jepney/tricycle or taxi to the corner of the main highway of Mandaue, then to Eagles Nest condominium main reception entrance. Present your ID eg: passport and tell guard to contact my nephew Maynard and he will arrange for somebody to bring you to the condo with the key to show you to the condo where you will stay. The condo can sleep up to 4 guests. The price is for up to 2 guests, then an extra of NZD10 each for the next 2 guests.
Strictly no smoking, you will forfeit your security deposit if you do. No pets,no alcohol, no drugs. Unauthorized guest is not allowed to stay, unless a mutual agreement is reach.
Please keep the level of noise after 10PM.
If checking-out later than check-out time please ask if any new guest have book to arrive after you, in order, to avoid surprises on both sides. Also, we need to clean and change the bed linen, in preparation for the next guest.

We are retired couple who have spare rooms for guest to stay on short term basis only. This is a bed and breakfast with breakfast only provided and no cooking accommodation. Please inquire first if presently available for occupancy. We have a 2 story house with one bedroom for short term stay. We have 2 grown-up daughters, who are living on their own now, both married now and have their own family.
Our place is best suited for one or two people accommodations who wants to see Auckland using our place for a clean resting place while exploring the surrounding suburbs and city center during day time. Please feel free to communicate with us and ask for the information you needed to know, and we will be happy to answer your questions.
We can arrange shuttle pick-up to come to our accommodation or bring to the airport or you may take a taxi to come to our place.
If you are travelling light (one small suitcase or a backpack) from the airport you may take the bus#380 or #375 to Botany Town shopping center, and we can pick-you-up free at Botany bus stop Interchange. We are only 1 minute by car or one KM on foot.
We can give you guidance where you needed and it's up to you to explore Auckland, North Island and the South Island and other part of New Zealand. .
Most of our guests take take a few days rental car which is the most convenient way to be able to explore surrounding areas (suburbs) of Auckland.
