It was 3 of us spending a short trip in Berlin for 3 nights (beginning of March). So an apartment like this was perfect. As you can see from the pictures it is exactly the same you will get, separate kitchen and barroom, and one unique room-bedroom bright and cosy. I have to admit that at the beginning I thought it was a little far from city centre (krenburg neighbourhood) but it wasn't, you have two metro stop very close to there, but to be honest we didn't take a lot metro, if you are planning in advance you can do nice routs without practically taking too many public transports. The area is nice and perfect if you are looking for something a little bit more like "authentic Berlin", you have a nearby supermarket and for whose who fancy ride bike there is a small hostel next door to the apartment building where you can rent bikes, very recommendable (12€/day or 5€/from afternoon). The host was lovely, even though we couldn't meet her cause she was away, a friend of her give us much more information and advices than we could imagine, that was lovely!
We had planned most of our trip however, she gave us very useful advices (that only local inhabitants would know about it). I can't say anything bad from my experience in Berlin, the city, the apartment and the host... Everything was wonderful apart from the weather... I haven't felt that cold before hahaha. So, take your thicker coat with you and enjoy Berlin !
