This large family home is located in Acton a popular neighbourhood with large families as it offers good transport links to Central London, and plenty of green open spaces.
Neighbouring Shepherd’s Bush is a bustling part of West London with excellent shopping, music venues and good restaurants.
The house is situated on a pleasant, residential road just a few minutes walk from The Vale for convenience stores and cafés. On the ground floor of the house is a large living room with sweeping wooden floors and shuttered bay windows pouring in natural light. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas by a decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV. The adjoining dining room has a large table for eight, and a music area with a piano.
At the rear of the ground floor is a sizeable kitchen, designed to an excellent standard in monochrome with handle-less cabinets and marbled floors. It boasts a breakfast bar, American-style fridge, a range cooker and other top-quality facilities.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and the family bathroom which is fitted with a bath and fixed overhead shower. The master bedroom is stylishly minimalist with a double leather sleigh bed and large built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed and boasts spacious proportions and built-in wardrobes with a mirrored dressing table/study desk. It also has the comfort of an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The third room is a minimal guest bedroom with a single bed and serene yellow walls.
On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one of which is elegantly designed with a flowered feature wall, built-in wardrobes and a smart double bed. The final bedroom is a pretty child’s room with a single bed, lavender walls and the comfort of an en-suite shower room.

Greetings from London and Paris!
My name is Tom and I work for Veeve, the largest short term property rental in London, created in 2011. We manage this collection of hand-picked apartments and houses for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value.
As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.
All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be sure to answer them promptly.
