This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath 1700 square foot home features a pool, spa, putting green, out door kitchen, pool table and childrens play area. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a pull out queen sofa bed. WIFI and cable also included.

Unfortunately, this stay was neither pleasant for our guest or our staff. After check in information was sent, the guest inquired about the charge for heating the spa. We responded with the fee on the listing of $25/night and received no response back. The next message from the guest was to report that the water pressure was bad and they were unable to turn on one shower completely, which was almost immediately after check in. The sentence following this statement did not ask if we could fix the issue- instead, the guest was asking for compensation. The guest then sent a message saying that the water would not get warm. We called the guest and immediately scheduled a plumber to come out and fix these problems for them, instead of ignoring the issues and just giving them money as they had requested. About 15 minutes later, the guest messaged to tell us that everything was fine and they had figured it out, so we could cancel the plumber. This led us to believe that there apparently was not an issue since we would not give them money, but we would instead fix the issues. We sent the guest a message to make sure that everything was okay after we were asked to cancel the plumber, and we never heard back. (As an update: After departure, we checked the water pressure to make sure that there was not an issue. We are happy to report that there was not. Vacation homes are not hotels and do not have commercial plumbing setups as such, so sometimes when multiple showers/sinks/dishwashers/toilets are being used at once the water pressure/temperature can fluctuate.) Considering that the guest was very open to communicating with us immediately upon arrival, one would think that if "cleanliness" were truly an issue, as the review states multiple times, that it would have been brought to our attention as well. We did hear from the guest in the very early morning around 3 am when the door lock would not work to enter the home. We immediately sent a staff member over and also had a locksmith come to fix the issue. The guest said that they wanted to simply get their belongings and depart. As soon as our employee arrived, the guest rudely accused us of deliberately locking them out and demanded compensation. When the locksmith arrived and fixed the door, he said that it was not a battery issue and that lock had jammed-which was likely caused by slamming the door shut very hard. Our employee stayed with the guests as the locksmith got the door unlocked so that she could make sure that they were able to safely get in. From the time of the initial phone call to report the lock not working, to the time that the guests were able to get in- it was 1 hour. The guests changed their mind, and said that they would continue their stay, while demanding to be compensated. Our employees were very surprised to hear the kind words about them in this review, considering how incredibly rude the guest was to all of our staff throughout their stay. It is great to know that our staff continues to excel in customer service with even most hostile of guests. It is unfortunate to have this review try to tear apart every aspect of our home since the entire issue seems to have stemmed from the guest inquiring about heating the spa, given pricing, and then asking for compensation for a nonexistent issue that were willing fix instead of offer money to them.
