I’m Claire and I live in Lyon, where I share my time between my two passions : jazz and pâtisserie. While studying at the Conservatory for 6 years, I traveled and performed around France and Europe. Last year, my other dream finally came true. After I graduated from pastry school, I created my own business, « Nuage & Caramel » hand making sweets and cookies with an English style.
Nice is my birth place. It’s where my mum, Ellia, lives. She’s a interior design and garden journalist. Located close to the port, our studios have been furnished as if they were our own homes, welcoming and confortable.
Our friend Anny will welcome you upon arrival. She is a French teacher for foreigners. She can offer you promenade-conversation around town, at the market, along antique shops, gardens....
Also, Rosa Jackson, who’s a canadian culinary journalist, can offer you traditional niçoise cooking classes in the old town, a short walk from where you'll be staying.
