Hi and welcome to our London Home :-)

Located in an old Victorian mansion bloc, the apartment still retains a lot of its original features. With its own entrance and accessed via outdoor stairs to the rear of the building, the apartment is nice and bright and feels even larger thanks to its high ceilings and long hallway. It is good decorative condition.

There is a double bedroom which has standard double bed with comfortable therapeutic mattress, and its own en-suite bathroom (inc bathtub).
There is a separate guest WC off the hallway,
Large well equipped eat-in kitchen with integrated washer/dryer/dishwasher and finally, a beautifully decorated and comfortable living room with large bay windows. As an added bonus there is ample storage for clothes, shoes and suitcases.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SOFA IS NOT FOR SLEEPING ON. On a few occasions guests have arrived assuming it was OK to sleep on the couch. We would prefer it if you didn't.

ONCE BOOKED: Please provide all flight / train details so that we can check for delays. COMMUNICATION on the day is key. We understand that guests can be delayed, however we expect you to keep us informed so that we don't wait for you unnecessarily.
WE WON'T make our way to the flat UNTIL you tell us that you are on your way yourself. YOU RISK WAITING UNNECESSARILY if you do not get in touch with us ON THE DAY of arrival. There are plenty of public telephones and FREE wi-fi spots around London IN CASE you do not have international roaming plans.

Building entrance is on Pembroke Road. Apartment is accessed via stairs in the courtyard. You have your own private entrance

UPON ARRIVAL you can expect:

- Cooking facilities including fridge, freezer, oven and hob. Also included are toaster, kettle.
- Integrated washer/dryer.

We are always available to answer queries reasonably quickly, whether they are in relation to the apartment and it's contents OR whether you are looking for advice/suggestions. We will endeavour to arrange for in person check in/out and be sure that you get a good tour of the flat :-)

CHECK-IN: 14.00 to 18.00 (Flexible in most cases BUT please enquire FIRST)
CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00am
If the flat is available before the normal check-in time, I will happily accommodate earlier arrivals. The same goes for check-out, if the flat is not being cleaned until later in the day, we'll also let you stay longer FREE of charge. Please enquire ahead of time though.

I also accept long-term bookings for discounted prices, so please get in touch if this is something you are interested in.

Please be sure to treat this property with the respect you have for your own home and leave it in the condition you found it.

Appartement identique aux photos ! Très propre, très agréable et tout équipé (notamment un micro-ondes qui n'apparaît pas sur les photos). Couple très sympathique, très arrangeant, ils étaient disponible pour répondre à toute mes questions très rapidement. Appartement à 5-10min d'une station de métro bien desservie, très pratique d'avoir aussi un grand magasin à 2 minutes de l'appartement ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit. Merci beaucoup, à bientôt.

The place was easily accessible from the Underground. The directions to the flat were clear and concise. The unit was clean, airy and comfortable. Earls Court was a short walk away to nice restaurants and pubs. It was a lovely place to stay so you can get around and visit the many tourist attractions in London. My only concern was the 4 flights of external stairs and dealing with bags and wet weather(which fortunately we didn't get any of).

Faïza is a fantastic host. Everything went smoothly, and she was excellent at communicating. She was flexible and helpful. And the apartment was lovely, tastefully furnished and full of nice amenities. Thank you, Faïza, for making my stay wonderful!

O apartamento é ótimo! Super limpo, moderno e parece recém-reformado. Cama ótima, e cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para estada. InfelIzmente não conseguimos usar a máquina de lavar, pois estava com algum problema que ao ligar, caía a energia da casa. Mas há diversas lavanderias perto do apartamento e Ash e Fazïa gentilmente ofereceram o reembolso da despesa com lavanderia. A localização é muito boa, fácil para chegar ao trem e metrô. Precisa subir 2 lances de escada para acessar o apartamento. Supermercado ao lado. Adoramos o apartamento e Ash e Fazïa foram muito atenciosos. Recomendamos com certeza!!

Great flat in a really nice location. A warm welcome too. Highly recommend the Warwick arms pub that is 3 minutes away for dinner!

Location was amazing - just a short walk to both Earl's Court and High Street Kensington stations. Check in went smoothly and Ash showed us around the place. Really nice guy, even helped us to get our suitcases up the stairs! Everything was as the pictures showed... comfortable and spacious living room, clean kitchen and bathrooms...can't really complain (unless you like a big bed, as it was a small double). All in all, a nice place to stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good place, comfy sofa and close to Kensington high street. Very convenient location. Enjoyed my stay.
