We offer flexible key pick up between 2pm-5:30pm at the cafe next door so you don't have to worry about being late or early. After 5:30pm we will greet all our guests. We are very communicative and will respond immediately almost always during day hours either on airbnb or text or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or call. We are very friendly and are always striving to improve so please feel free to contact us any time before or during your visit about any questions or concerns and we will do our best to answer and sort it out :)
As with almost all central London locations, nearby construction may sometimes be loud during working hours but never after 4pm; and be assured that the hustle and bustle of the lunchtime street food stall market downstairs cannot be heard from the apartment at all
Also please note that the water pressure at the kitchen sink is very strong so please turn the faucet very slowly or your clothes might be splashed with water!

We are Carrie (the Australian) and Ani (the American), and we moved from Australia to London about 2.5 years ago, and we are still in love with exploring London and we enjoy travelling around Europe whenever we can! We've had great experiences and make great friends staying at airbnb's around the world so at the beginning of 2016 we decided to try for ourselves.
We want to create a home-away-from-home environment for our guests, which means a quiet, cosy, clean, and very bright base at the centre of London to come home to after exploring London with your family and friends. Travel planning can be stressful! So to help we send our guests information in advance about different ways to get to the apartment that might suit them most (time/cost/comfort), exactly what the apartment looks like and how to get there from the nearest station, and information about the neighbourhood and apartment amenities.
