When we arrive there was a nice little Easter Basket (we stayed over Easter weekend) and a good, thorough note on house expectations and things to do in Encinitas. The Townhouse is small, but cozy.
There was some delay in communication with Ali, and, at times, it felt like the space was rather quickly tidied up and that the host family left in a rush giving the space a feeling as if we were invading someone's home; a first for me with an AirBnB. Some of the rooms' decor was dusty and we even found a dead bug in one of the coffee cups.
The townhome is centrally located; close to the touristy parts of town but also close to the major grocery stores and other amenities locals use.
