Right in the middle of shopping mecca of Melbourne on Chapel st, this studio apartment has everything to lure someone looking for a break or here for work
Its a nice self contained studio apartment. It has a full size fridge, cooking utensils, a washing machine/dryer combo, a queen bed and a small balcony with view.
On the top floor there are couple of spas, outdoor decking area, big screen tv etc. for guests to enjoy.

There is free limited public car parks in the front of the building (Please check signs). These areas are highly monitored by parking inspectors and it’s likely to get a parking ticket if you exceed the allocated time.
There is an unlimited public carpark behind the building. If you are lucky to find a spot there you don’t have to worry about moving your car.
If you have booked a secured car park with the reservation you don’t need to worry about this. We will give you a carpark remote to freely access the secured car park.
There is a nice small Gym on the 12th Floor. Guests can use the Gym but there is a one time orientation required with the Gym trainer who charge AUD30 for it. Once you have paid this and filled in the Gym safety form, you will be able to use the Gym
There is a garbage chute for rubbish and a Recycle bin provided in every floor. It’s hidden away in the Garbage Room. Please ask us if you can’t find
Spa and Open Air Cinema
The spa and open air cinema are free to use. Please note that it is only available for the actual guests who have booked the apartment. Friends of guests are not allowed in this area.

South Yarra has a large selection of open space and parkland for visitors and residents. The largest areas of parkland are along the Yarra River and also Fawkner Park along South Yarra's western boundary. Smaller parks, many with playgrounds, can be found dotted throughout the suburb.
The meandering Yarra River forms the northern boundary of South Yarra. The shady Alexandra Avenue follows the path of the river and beside it is the Capital City Trail walkway and bicycle track which is part of a 32 kilometre loop around Melbourne's inner suburbs. The Yarra River is lined by continuous parkland and panoramic views of the city and riverfront can be enjoyed from the several bridges which cross the river into Richmond, including Church Street Bridge, Hoddle Bridge at Punt Road and the pedestrian-only Morell Bridge.
You need a MYKI card to travel in train/bus/tram in Melbourne. You can get a MYKI card from any 7-eleven store or a train station. The nearest 7-elven store is on the corner of Elis Street and Chapel Street, hardly 50 m from the apartment. The nearest tram stops is right in front of this 7-Eleven. You can take tram 72 for city central. The nearest train station is South Yarra, It is a round 800m and 10 mins walking distance.
CHECK IN : AFTER 2PM
Please let us know your check in time in advance. I will meet you outside the building and handover the key to you.
CHECK OUT: BEFORE 10AM
Check out is very simple. Just leave the key, including the car park remote if you have one on the table, turn all the lights and air-conditioning off. Close the door, exit safely through the ground floor. Please make sure that your car is out of the car park before you leave the key. Please remember, you can only access the ground floor without the key.
Requests of early check in /late checkouts will be entertained if there is availability and may incur extra cost
If you lose the key there is a fee of $80 to get the new keys. If you get locked out there is a fee of $50 to open the door for you.

I love travelling. I have travelled extensively around the world(India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Brazil are a few to name) and also lived in many different cities around the globe.
While travelling, I always felt that there is dearth of affordable home-like places to stay. So, when I returned back to Melbourne, I decided to bridge the gap. All my apartments are furnished with standard size fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwaves, kitchen and kitchenette etc. to give you a home-like feeling.
This is my small business which I run more from heart than mind. You don't have to look at the watch before contacting me. I will try my best to make sure that you have a great stay in one of my apartment.
