2 Oyster Catcher is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home rental in Sea Pines. Just five rows from the Atlantic Ocean, this home has a spacious great room with a high ceiling and windows that let in tons of light making the home bright and open feeling.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and tile floors that extend into the dining area where there is a large table with seating for 8. It also overlooks the living area making it great for entertaining.

The first master bedroom is located on the main level and has a private bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks. This bedroom also has access to the back patio and pool. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds with a shared hall bath featuring a tub/shower combination. A separate laundry room is also found on this floor.

A total of nine steps lead you up to the second floor where the second master bedroom with a king bed and private shower-only bath are located on the right side of the stairway. On the left hand side are six more steps that bring you to the third level where the den is located with a TV area with sleeper sofa. Off this den is the fourth bedroom which has two twin beds and shares hall bathroom with the den. This bedroom configuration provides plenty of separation for multiple or extended families.

The private pool area in the back of the home has plenty of space to lie out and sunbathe. Guests have use of the garage and all the amenities of the Sea Pines Resort.

Sea Pines, the island’s original planned community, continues to offer world-class activities for the entire family. Located on the island’s southern end, Sea Pines created the now famous “Hilton Head look” by artfully maintaining a delicate balance between nature and man. With three championship golf courses, five miles of white sandy beaches, a 600 acre forest preserve, and an abundance of tennis courts, swimming pools and bike paths, there is something to please guests of all ages. There are also sensational restaurants, boutique-style shops, live entertainment, and the famed candy-striped lighthouse at the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Horseback riding is offered by the Equestrian Center and a seasonal Trolley service runs throughout Sea Pines.

There is a seasonal trolley that transports guests within the Sea Pines community. If you would like to venture around the island, the most popular form of transportation is bicycle. Hilton Head Island offers a separate bike path parallel to almost all main roads.

Upon arrival to 2 Oyster Catcher, you will find the following items located in the property:

2 Oyster Catcher has a 4 night minimum stay in effect, except for the week before & after the Easter holiday and the months of June, July and August where all stays must be 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

2 Oyster Catcher is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $16.50 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES.

HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.

PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.

KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 3530 Villamare is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property

LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.

REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.

USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.

RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.
