Custom built 2400sf pool home, located between I-10 freeway and HWY 111. On a quiet cul-de-sac close to local attractions. Has 2 Master suites, each with a King bed, a Guest Room with private bath, well-stocked gourmet kitchen, laundry, Great Room.

The huge kitchen is a gourmet's dream complete with every gadget, an island, double electric oven, 5-burner gas cook top, microwave, huge pantry and more. A unique breakfast counter/pass through service window allows for convenient patio dining and entertaining. A large wet bar is only steps from the massive 12 foot sliding glass doors leading to a spectacular U-shaped covered patio area complete with 4 ceiling fans. A large spa empties into a sparkling T-shaped pool with child friendly steps and wading area. Beyond the pool an oversize desert landscaped yard is completed by a covered brick patio/pergola.

The entire house is rented complete - we do not rent rooms individually.

Professional Property Management services are included. Emergencies are handled 24/7.

Eight golf courses and tennis facilities are located within a mile of the house. The local shopping center a few blocks away has an Albertsons and Bristol Farms market and many dining and retail shops. Numerous world-famous restaurants are also near-by. It is equally close to the desert's premier shopping areas of El Paseo and Palm Desert Town Center.

A car is highly recommended to enjoy the shopping, dining, golf, and other area activities. Taxis and Uber are also available. The house has a two car garage and space for additional off-street parking.

Palm Springs airport is less than 15 minutes away. The house is easily accessible whether traveling by plane or car.

Winter season rentals (generally December through April) may incur extra charges for pool/spa heat depending on length of stay, number of guests, and area Events (eg, Coachella Fest and Stagecoach). Charges will be based on actual Guest usage.

A contract Addendum will be provided after the reservation is confirmed detailing any additional charges and will include a Waiver of Liability Agreement that must be signed prior to occupancy.

The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We expect all guests to respect the neighbors by refraining from excessively noisy activities (eg, loud late night parties or pool activities).
