With a few easy steps, our visitors and we can be as comfortable as possible, while maintaining the excellent condition of the home for future stays. Here is a short list of items that will assist with your successful arrival, stay and checkout. We love nothing more than returning damage deposits in full, something we have had great success with in the past.

These times may and likely will be flexible, please inform us if you require early check in or late checkout.
Once You're Inside
Please note that the oven clock does not work, though the oven is functioning fine. Just type in your temp and the oven setting you’d like to use (bake, broil, etc.). Then be sure to turn the oven off once you’re done using it. Sorry for the inconvenience, as we are in the process of getting this fixed.
PLEASE REMOVE SHOES before walking up the stairs or into the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Guests have done a great job caring for the carpet and we would love for this to continue. If you have skis, snowboards, boots and poles, you may store them in the laundry room on the ground level (straight ahead after you enter the home). We suggest that you do not leave any valuables, including ski/snowboard equipment visible in your car or on a ski rack.
The water and water heater should be on when you arrive. TO TURN ON THE WATER/WATER HEATER, go under the sink in the downstairs bedroom. Turn the metal handle as indicated to activate the water. Once the water is on, walk into the laundry room. On your left is a switch box. There is a double switch with some masking tape on it that should be turned to “on” (this turns on the hot water).
The Condo should be around 50-65 degrees when you arrive. TO START HEATING THE CONDO further, turn the thermostat dials to around 70 degrees (there is one in each bedroom and a few in the main living room/kitchen areas). The Condo takes some time to heat up but turning the thermostats higher will NOT speed up the process. Also, there is one thermostat on the ground floor hallway. We would appreciate if you left this one at 50 degrees, as it does not heat this area efficiently and is a part of the Condo that you will probably not use except to take off your shoes. If you must heat this area, please close the door to the laundry room and make sure that the front door is always securely closed/locked.
Fireplace: You may also make a fire but will need to supply your own wood. The flue should be open but please check before lighting a fire.
TV: There is one television upstairs in the living room and one in the downstairs bathroom. Both are equipped with DVD players.
Internet: The Condo is equipped with high speed wireless internet and you will find the WEP key written on the router sitting on the Kitchen counter.
Living Room: Please do not eat on the couches and seats in the Living Room.
•Please rinse in the shower before entering the hot tub.
•At the end of each day’s use of the tub, please add a capful of the sanitizing solution to the water. The solution is in a plastic bottle on the hot tub deck and which says “add a capful of this after every day of us.” This solution controls the clarity of the water for you and other guests.
•As soon as you are done using the hot tub, please make sure the cover is sealed tight and clipped closed. We want to keep it warm for you and conserve as much energy as possible.
•If after your stay, the cleaners find that the hot tub cover has not been properly secured or that the clarity solution was not used, there will be a $100 charge deducted from your deposit.
If you happen to break something, please let us know so that it can be replaced expediently. We understand that glasses and dishes are sometimes broken accidentally and we will be reasonable with regards to such things, but of course may need to charge you for more expensive items. If something is not working properly, please let us know immediately so it can be fixed.
Please do not attempt to open the locked cabinets.
Before you go
oLeave the two keys on the table where you found them. There is a $150 charge for lost keys;
oTo the extent possible, load the dishwasher and/or finish washing any dishes you have used;
oTurn all heat dials to 50 degrees;
oMake sure all the lights are off;
oLock all the outside doors from the inside using the key from the lock box and put the key back in the lock box;
oTake the trash with you when you leave and place it in the dumpster in the parking lot.
oCheck that the oven and all stove surfaces are turned “off”
