The apartment can sleep up to 2 persons in 1 real double bed. Easy and fast public transport to Palexpo and other Geneva destinations. The surrounding neighborhood has at least 50 restaurants, of almost every imaginable type, all within walking distance, to facilitate group dining. Two nearby coffee shops serve breakfast daily beginning at 06:30 daily. It is tastefully decorated and furnished. (The apartment is not wheelchair accessible because the elevator stops between floors.)
Maid and linen services are available as options, at a frequency to be decided by the renter. Please request quotation based on your needs.

The apartment has very high 2.8 meter ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room providing lots of natural light and a feeling of spaciousness. All windows have blinds of shutters for your privacy.
The floors are hardwood in the living room and bedrooms, and granite in the kitchen and bathrooms.
I live in my apartment most of the year, so you will find that it is not only furnished and decorated, but it also includes all of the things you normally need for daily life. These items, although generally present in the apartment and available for your use, are non-contractual from a rental agreement perspective. My intent, is to save my guests the hassle of having to immediately run out and purchase all the "basics" that most people need when they rent a short-term apartment. I know from my own travels what a hassle this can be, especially if you are arriving after supermarkets and stores close for the day. Many, if not most, of these “basics” either get thrown away or left behind when you depart.
To this end, the following non-inclusive (and non-contractual) list includes items that are all usually present and available for your use:
Coffee, tea, sugar, Nescafe instant and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee, powdered chocolate for breakfast, olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, assorted condiments and spices, salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, butter, margarine, Tabasco sauce, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap tablets and glass cleaner for dishwasher, laundry detergent, Woolite, fabric softener, bleach, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, toilette paper, glass cleaner, furniture polish, anti-calc and degreasers for cleaning bathroom and kitchen, and a variety of other cleaning and laundry products.
If you use a lot of any of these articles, or you use the last of any of these items, and you want to replace them, the gesture will be appreciated. If you just use a minimum of them, don’t worry about replacing them.

You will have access to the following in the apartment.
• Second bedroom has a large 1.6 x 2 meter double-size bed.
• Large living room and dining room area includes a large Sony LED flat screen TV with Swisscom 2.0 cable providing channels in many languages (English, French, German, etc.)
• Large fully-equipped kitchen also includes microwave and dishwasher for convenience, as well as integrated washing machine and dryer.
• Bathroom with shower and separate WC.Time to use bathroom can be agreed in advance
Naturally, all bed linens, towels, iron and similar items are included!

However, as I work for the United Nations and travel frequently outside of the country I may not always be available to attend to you. In the event of my absences, the apartment is managed by BeyondBnB, who will assist guests 24/7 with any questions they have, key exchange, or any issues arising during the rental. BeyondBnB is located in the same building as the apartment.
Special security bar system on the entrance door to the apartment provides a feeling of additional security, in an already-safe building and neighborhood. The main entrance door to the building is also secured by digital password.
NO CLEANING FEES WILL BE CHARGED ON RENTALS OF THREE OR MORE NIGHTS.
The maximum capacity of the ROOM is contractually limited to the persons specified in the reservation at the time we accepted it. In no case may this exceed two (2) persons.
Please treat the apartment as if it were your own, and the neighbors as if they were your neighbors.
• No more than 2 persons may sleep in the room.
• No receptions, parties or events (or other gatherings of persons in excess of the maximum capacity).
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• No drugs or other illegal substances.
• No loud music that would carry into other apartments or the street after 10:00pm.
• The apartment was cleaned in advance of renting to you and the beds were made with fresh linens for your comfort.
Please remove all bed linens that you used during your stay and place them with your towels in the bedroom floor when you leave.
Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.
