1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out timing are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:

Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.
Early weekend check in- £20 per hour
Late weekend check in- £50 for check in between 1730hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

It was a bad experience for two reasons: (1) I booked on behalf of my husband. But when he arrived, the apartment was not the one shown in the photos on Airbnb. The 'different' apartment was of course not good - basically no sunlight, only one window in the living room & bedroom, but for security reason, the window cannot be left opened at night because the window is right above the gate of a car park which people can climb through as the window has no bar, and the apartment is directly facing a garbage collection pool. (2) My husband complained, and it took several days, after 40-50 email correspondence with the host, that a change of apartment finally happened, but it was already half way of his 13 nights stay in London. So be careful - if you book this group's apartment, you may risk 'You Don't Get What You See'!

La cama pequeña e incómoda con colchón y base blando, se hundía por el centro. La cama plegable supletoria muy pequeña con colchón de apenas 10 cm. y base peor, tuvimos que usar lo cojines del sofá para darle más base.El baño en general muy sucio. La calefacción solo duraba 2 horas al día con temperaturas muy bajas en pleno invierno. Falta de tareas de reparaciones y mantenimiento del apartamento en general. Falta de cafetera y suministros básicos para pocos días como azúcar, café, té.. (solo un par de bolsitas de té y azúcar), detergente para lavadora y lavavajillas. Desagüe del lavabo del baño roto, tuvimos que usar el fregadero de la cocina. El pestillo de la puerta del baño estaba roto y no se podía cerrar. La puerta del salón se cerraba sola, tuvimos que poner una silla como tope. El resto de las puertas han resuelto este problema poniendo unas cuñas de madera, algo "muy curioso". No es un hospedaje que cumpla la filosofía de Airbnb y con estándares de calidad muy por debajo del precio abonado. Es un apartamento gestionado por una agencia intermediaria la cual mandó una persona que el check-in lo hizo en 5 min. iba con prisas y todo muy mecánico y frío. La salida era obligatoria a las 10 de la mañana y teníamos nuestros vuelo a las 16:30 h. aun cuando la oficina estaba al lado del apartamento no nos permitieron dejar las maletas allí, nos remitieron fríamente y con descortesía a la consigna de una estación de tren. La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido muy mala y no la recomendamos.

Dear Airbnb, I had the check in when the client wanted. I asked for a early check in and I had to adapt to their timetable. So did my ckeck in at 13H. When I did the check in, I asked them to do the check out at 12 am and the person (Rumanian guy) said yes. Well, I checked out before 12 am and now they are coming with this? I do use a lot Airbnb as you can see by my historical booking. Very disappointing service………….. Sorry Airbnb but this is not the expected services. Best Regards,

Hello Ivan, As per the info on our page , our standrd checkin time is 1500hrs, so how can you expect checkin at 9 ?. We were kind enough to give you checkin at 1130hrs without any additional charges. We thought you will follow the house rules, but still you checked out at 1200hrs . This was not expected. Thanks, Sammy

Welcome was prompt and courteous. Host showed us through all the various amenities. Flat was as described and was very comfortable and various close to transport and other amenities. Would not hesitate to stay here again

A lovely apartment at a very good location. Had issues with the wifi but was resolved immediately by the hosts. Weekly Housekeeping was an advantage.
