Villa Angela,a typical 1850s Vigan house is transformed into the city’s most charming hotel. Villa Angela’s living room area has huge windows made of capiz or windowglass shells.Can accommodate up to 2 people.

There visitors can rest in big, old wooden chairs called butakas while imagining listening to the victrola (old phonograph) or giant harp that decorate the living room together with antique oil lamps and jars. In the dining room or comedor, visitors will also see many antique dining and kitchen objects like copper pots, porcelain and china ware. There is even a huge old jar that was used to keep food fresh or chilled, much like a refrigerator. Villa Angela Heritage House is like staying in a beloved family member’s home. The house itself is an old mansion, the perfect type of place to stay when you’re visiting Vigan. It is family owned and operated and the house has been carefully and lovingly restored.

a) Setting the Right Expectations
a. Our properties are not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own
vacation home, they come fully furnished with equipped kitchens, linens,
towels, and cook wares, dinner wares, initial cleaning and toiletry supply.
b. Any other items that can make your stay more comfortable are available in
the grocery stores. Any other appliances/item requests may be provided
through prior requests but host should not be held liable if resources are
limited. No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is
found in the condo, will be provided.
c. These are self-service condos; no staff will be on-site so there will be no room
service, no daily housekeeping service, and no daily change of sheets or
towels.
b) Check-in/Check-out Time
a. Check in time is set at 2pm and check
out time is set at 12pm. For any delays
on your check-in/check-out time, guest
should notify the host 2 hours before the
scheduled check-in/check-out time.
b. For no/late notification, deductions will
be made from your security deposit.
c. For no notifications and/or no show
within the first 3 hours of check-in time, booking will be cancelled and unit will
be offered to other guests. Security/Reservation deposit is non- refundable.
d. For no notifications and/or no show within an hour after check-out time, the
host and any authorized representatives are hereby allowed to enter the
room for safekeeping. The host and authorized representatives will not be
held liable to any loss of the guests’ belongings.
e. PLEASE KNOW...Please don't lose the key, 5,000php to replace keys and new
locks for security purposes.
c) Cancellation
a. Any cancellation done 7 days (at
the latest) prior to the scheduled first day of
booking, the guest can get 50% refund of the
security/reservation deposit. No refund on any
cancellation made lesser than 7 days prior to
first day of booking.
d) Change of first day of booking or rescheduling a booking
a. All changes in the booking are subject to unit availability.
b. Changes should be communicated to the host 7 days (at the latest) before
the first day of booking. In cases of no room availability and the guest
cannot check in on the original first day of booking, cancellation policy will
apply.
e) Extenuating Circumstances for Host Cancellations and/or Room Alteration:
a. In the rare instance where extenuating circumstances arise, a host may need
to cancel a confirmed reservation. Such cases will be contingent on proper
documentation, where valid, and include:
• Death in the family
• Serious illness or serious illness in the family
• Natural disaster in the country
• Political unrest in the country
• Property damage
• Maintenance issues that affect the ability to host
The host will do his/her best to provide an equal
or better accommodation for the guest.
Nevertheless, the host still reserves the right to
cancel totally should the host fail to find an
equal or better accommodation for the guest.
f) In room items:
a. Guests will be given an inventory list on all
items inside the room to ensure that all
appliances, furniture, and fixtures are all in
good and functioning shape. Anything that is not working should be
reported back to us within the next 24 hours.
b. Anything found faulty or missing, which are not reported in a timely manner,
during check-out audit will be deducted from the security deposit. Guest will
be notified within 24 hours after check-out if there are missing items and/or
broken items in the unit.
c. In any case that our advertising materials indicates an item and is not in the
room, the host should provide the said item immediately upon the call out of
the guest.
g) Clean Up Policy
a. The host should provide the unit clean
and tidy.
b. NO pets nor SMOKING is permitted
anywhere in the unit, otherwise $100USD. For extra
cleaning service will be charged.If the guest/s need
to smoke, kindly ask the receptionist for the smoking
area.
c. Guests are expected to leave the unit in order. Messy room, heavily stained
linens, towels, etc will be charged to the guest starting at $50 USD.
h) Cleaning Request and Change Linen Requests:
a. Cleaning requests and/or change of linen during stay is not yet included in
the package.
i. Additional US$34 or Php 1,500, whichever is higher for 1br,
ii. Additional US$45 or Php 2,000, whichever is higher for 2br
iii. The cleaning package includes unit cleaning, change of linen, and
replenishment of toiletries.
b. Requests should be done 2-3 days prior to the intended cleaning date.
c. Please note that our cleaning staff is not allowed to enter the condo unit for
cleaning without prior permission. We also highly suggest for the guest or any
of his/her companion to be present in the unit while cleaning to avoid cases
of loss or damage.
i) Fair Usage Policy
a. Internet Wifi usage is subject to a fair use policy
from the network provider.
b. Usage of electricity and water is also subject to
a fair usage. Anything found to be a lavish
excess will be charged to the guest.
j) Security Deposit
a. The Security deposit is not
deductible to your total rental bill.
It is however, refundable 3 days
after check-out. The guest is
required to provide a bank
account name (similar to the
booking name) and bank account
number to where the host should
deposit the money back to.
b. A portion, if not all the amount of
the security deposit, will
compensate for any damages and/or any violations to these house rules.
c. The security deposit also acts as reservation to block off the dates of your
booking.
k) MyConcierge Services
a. An Account
Executive is
assigned to you
to attend to
your needs
during your stay.
Any other
accommodatio
n requests may
need to be
discussed with
your Account Executive within acceptable, ethical, and legal terms.
b. Your account executive may not be available on some parts of the day
especially in the evening. Please expect our earliest response the following
day. For any requests, kindly give us at least 24-72 hours to provide it.
c. In any case that your requests are already above and beyond our resources,
MyConcierge is not compelled to provide them nor will not be held liable in
providing them.
l) Full Disclosure and Identification Compliance
a. Guests are expected to disclose the
reason for their stay in the unit – Vacation, Business Trip,
etc.
b. Guests are also required to provide all
the names and valid IDs of all people who will use the
unit. The ones that are allowed to stay in the unit are the names that are
appearing in the move-in permit.
c. Usage of the unit and use of amenities are strictly limited to the registered
names submitted to the Building Admin. Upon check-in you will need a valid
photo ID. This is for security purpose. Please know that Security is very strict on
who enters the building. Anyone who is not listed will not be allowed to enter
the building premises.
d. Additional person is $7 USD per night (only listed guest will be allowed for
sleep over).
e. Max of 2 kids under 7 years old stay at no extra charge as long as they will
share bed with their adult companion. Extra Bed Requests are at $ 20 USD
per week per bed. Any violation will be deducted to the Security deposit
accordingly,
f. Be aware that booked guests will be held responsible for any of their
companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not,
that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or anyone
affected.
g. Please understand properties are for residential purposes only and shall not
be diverted to other users. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties
damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property
owners, property managers, or its employees, any liability or responsibility for
any loss, injuries or damages incurred. Please take the necessary precautions
to keep away from railings or window edge especially children, pls. kindly be
responsible and keep them out of the area.
m) Building Policies
Guests are also expected to abide with the
policies of the building. Failure to do so will
forfeit security deposit and may be
subjected to, but not limited to, building penalties.
