Your private room is in the attic of our house. It has a bedroom, a kitchen, a private bathroom and a private balcony.

For a small car with a parking space in the yard is available. Larger vehicles are parked about 250 meters away in the village square (free). Pick-up from Allgäu Airport Memmingen (Munich West) or the Sontheim or Memmingen train stations is available upon request.

For bookings of 4 nights a trip to Memmingen or Mindelheim in our historic U.S. Police Car is included. Weather and subject to availability!

bedroom

The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 meters (which is slightly narrower than regular double beds). The room could use a "spare bed" for a third person, such as a child, to be increased. Currently there is a sports equipment "cross trainer" in the bedroom, which can be used.

cooking

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove (4 plates) and an oven, Mirco wave, toaster and sink.

bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, a bathtub, a sink and a mirror and underfloor heating.

balcony

The balcony is located on the southeast side of the house. The unobstructed view over the Günztal and the soft murmur of the mill by the stream invite you to sit and relax.

parking

On the farm there is little parking space for guests. Size vehicles parked at best in the village square (free) in about 250 meters distance.

Internet

Wi-Fi can be used free of charge by us. Unfortunately, it is by Telekom slow DSL. If you are Vodafone customer, you can access a good LTE DSL over your own devices.
