Inside this home is amazing. Spacious master bedroom with a relaxing king bed, double sink master bath with walk in shower, and direct access to the pool and spa. The second master is an expansive space with two king beds. This second master bedroom has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The third bedroom is just to your liking with plenty of room to spread out on your own king bed.

If you like entertainment and sports then you will love the family room with its large 70" flat screen tv and and spacious and comfortable seating and mountain views.

Do you enjoy cooking? Then step into this open concept duo euro peninsula kitchen with luna-quartz counters. The well supplied kitchen has everything you need to get you started. You will be amazed.

The kitchen is stocked with all basic cooking supplies. To get you started the kitchen comes with start up dish washing supplies and paper products. The bathrooms come supplied with shampoos and body soap for the initial set up, thereafter you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.

This home is located in a quite neighborhood with year round residence. To stay in this neighborhood we ask that you follow and agree to these house rules:

- MIMIMUM AGE - The responsible renter must be 28; the responsible renter must be present at checkin/out and is responsible for all guest at the property.

- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – Overnight guests are limited to 8 Persons.

- MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday, high season, and special event periods.

- NOISE – No Loud Parties - this is not a party house. Renter is responsible for guest noise.

If your looking for an amazing house to rent in Palm Springs, look no further thank Dragonfly. I rented this home for my 33rd birthday for 6 amazing lovelies and I to enjoy. Oh how glad am I that I chose Dragonfly.This home was exactly how pictured in the many amazing photos provided. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, my girls and I had a blast. The pool provided much needed relaxation while the jacuzzi always stayed occupied as well. The beds were super comfortable and the space overall in the house provided each and everyone of us with room to roam freely and enjoy all the nice amenities. Michael, the host was truly the best. He allotted an earlier check in time which unfortunately we did not make it as scheduled due to traffic. Check was a breeze. I could go on and on about the wonderful experience!!! Thank you to both Michael and Ty for a great 33rd birthday celebration in Palm Springs.

I stayed there for Father's Day / my mom's birthday and we enjoyed every second of our trip. Michael was very hands on from the beginning and always did his best to ensure my family and I had a great stay. Driving out from LA I was stressed that I kept running into traffic, but Michael called and reminded me that I was heading over to relax, so he told me not to sweat it. He turned on the AC about an hour before our arrival so the house would be nice and cool. He gave us the grand tour and made sure we had everything we needed. He also made himself very available via text in case we had any questions. I definitely recommend staying at one of Michael's properties.

Yes, the property is as described in the listing. However, given the actions and omissions of the property manager we had a poor experience. Upon arrival we met Jimee who questioned us about a portable speaker we brought to use at a separate venue. We simply and clear explained this assuming there was nothing left to discuss. Thirty minutes later we received a call from Ty (property manager) who inquired about the speaker again. Ty essentially told us we could not use the backyard due to a irritable neighbor who would call the city immediately because "he is probably sitting on the other side of the fence waiting to complain". Ty stated that the last guests, a family, were assessed a $900 fine from the city and the next violation of $1500 would be our responsibility. Ty made it clear that we couldn't play any music (even at normal audible levels), talk loudly, or even splash too much in the pool. The next day, I received another email from Michael (another property manager) who again asked about the speaker even though it had not been used as I explained to Jimee who greeted us the first day. The entire weekend we were afraid to use the backyard. We felt harassed by the property managers. Additionally, there are video cameras all over the front and sides of the property which include a video doorbell. This led to us feeling watched as Michael inquired about two light bulbs we removed at 2am because they disturbed our sleep and we could not turn them off because they are permanently on. In summary, we reached out to Michael to explain our frustration after our stay hoping they might issue a partial refund. He was unsympathetic of our experience.

Wes, thank you for your feedback. As always our hope is that all guest will have a great stay uninterrupted, however our obligation does not end with the guest. We are obligated to the owner and neighbors as well. ***We did what was necessary when you brought in speaks to ensure understand of the city's ordnance. Ty spoke to you about recent penalties at Other properties - not at this property. ***Our advertising and our rental agreement clearly state that the city prohibits the use of any amplified outdoor music/sound at vacation rental properties. ***Past burglaries in the City of palm springs prompted the owner to protect the home by installing security cameras in the Front Exterior of the home. ***The city requires their Statement of Regulations specifically addressing noise be signed by all guest staying at the property. This was not completed by the guest as promised - indicating the rules were not communicated to all late arriving guest. ***Finally, The guest ask for a refund prior to giving his feedback. We feel that it is not in the best interest of future renters, the owner, or management to refund rental dollars with the goal of achieving a more favorable review. The renter was completely unwilling to understand our obligation to them and the neighborhood.

Loved this home! Looks really good in photos but in person it is even greater! Enjoyed being in the pool throughout the day and relaxing on the hammock:) The open layout didn't make you feel left out if you had to step away to the kitchen to start a meal. The location was a couple miles from downtown which has lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Thanks for making our stay comfortable:)

Good location and comfortable stay. There is an extra fee for pool heating and a detailed rental agreement that we were sent only after booking, so perhaps ask to see that. We were fine with all the rules but some might want to read them up front. We are used to checking in via airbnb or text and going about our vacation. It was more hands on and this could be good for some guests, we just were not used to it. We would come home to trash bins moved, landscapers, or the pool guy. When we left a person came by and walked through the whole house with us. All of it was okay, but just a heads up if you are looking for something very private or romantic. While we had a good stay we might stay with a different host that is more the virtual host we are used to. =)

Nicholas, We value your feedback. It helps us with future rentals. We take your concerns serious. Having said that we cannot compromise our high standard of operation that we have come to know provides our guest with a great stay experience in our properties. We certainly are hands off once you are all checked in so that you may enjoy your vacation and privacy; there is however regular maintenance ongoing that is a necessary process to keep the property in top condition so that our guest may enjoy this beautiful home. Weekly pool and garden maintenance are necessary part of this and listed in the house book so that guest are not surprised. True, we normally meet you at the property to answer these question and any other question you might have about the property. We do understand that some travelers are comfortable with a self-checkin process. Although it has been our experience that guest frequently have several questions that while outlined in the house book, like to have someone explain the ins and outs of the property. We personalize your stay by checking you you and then let to your privacy. Our hope is that a well informed guest is a happy guest. The well informed guest will know what to expect and how to operate everything eliminating or minimizing your questions and concerns during the guest stay. In your case your arrival time was pushed back to a quite late hour of the night and we were unable to greet you but we were able to set it up so you could self checkin. We did not want to disturb you in the morning since you arrived so late the evening before. When we reached out to you, you let us know your intentions to be out for the day and felt comfortable with the house on your own so we did not greet you as we normally would. The city TOT fees, pool heating and required rental agreement are outlined in the house rules on the advertised description and should not have been a surprise. The city of Palm Springs requires a signed agreement be kept on file for review at any time by their auditors. The cleaning fee should not be a surprise as well as it is listed in the rate quoted. We cannot compromise price for a clean place for our guest to stay. This being a particularly large spacious home it does require several hours of cleaning top to bottom. We always present the home in tip top form and sparkling clean for each guest. Once again we appreciate your feedback. And as you mentioned, we understand this home may not be suitable for all travelers. As this specific industry grows and more cities enact strict policy and ordnances for vacation rental properties owners, one would expect to see more of these same requirements by other homeowners who wish to remain compliant with city ordinances.
