This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Key collection is from our office at Ground Floor - 15 Albert Avenue Broadbeach. Check in is guaranteed from 2pm. Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday. All guests are required to complete an online check in via either desktop, smartphone or tablet prior to their check in date as well as provide photo ID. A member of the GCRP team will make contact with you approximately 1 month prior to check in to arrange this.

The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Please follow these very important house rules, to ensure the peace and enjoyment of the neighbours.

No Parties or Mass Gatherings: Our rates do not allow or permit the use of the property for parties or mass gatherings. All guests will be required to provide a an acceptable form of Photographic ID and sign off on the house rules prior to obtaining the keys to the property. The number of occupants allowed are as per approved on the guest registration forms and as advertised. The use of the property for functions, parties or other like gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Use of the property for such events or other than as a residential premises will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including a function/extra cleaning fee of up to $6,000 should the property be damaged) being charged to the guests credit card, if insufficient funds are available, the debt will be passed onto a debt collecting company or the courts for the debt plus recovery costs. Guest are required to keep noise to an expectable level and all properties have a 9pm noise curfew, failing to comply with this will result in police being called, cancelation of the reservation, removal from the property and loss of bond.

(website hidden) extra guests permitted: No extra guests are permitted to reside or stay at the property without consent from Gold Coast Rental Properties. If permitted extra charges will apply.

3.Music and noise curfew: Noise must be reduced to a minimum after 9pm, if you are socialising outside please keep voices down as it travels into other properties.

(website hidden) off: Shoes off property please ensure shoes are removed upon entry.

5.Parking: Parking is permitted in the garage and in the street (do not park on grass areas council patrols and issues fines) Please park your vehicles the correct way and clear of driveways.

6.Pets: Pets are not permitted in any property that Gold Coast Rental Properties manages. If pets or evidence of pets are discovered, guests will be charged for an extra clean (up to $120), pest spray (up to $150) and any damages will be charged at our discretion.

Penalties: The body corporate / Council / Owners / Gold Coast Rental Properties take breaches of the above house rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. Please remember while you are on holidays neighbours live here every day please respect their homes. We have and will evict guests and charge the penalty if these house rules are broken.

We would NOT recommend staying at this residence due to the unreasonable booking process we were subjected to by the managing company Gold Coast Rental Properties. We made the booking and payment through their airbnb advert. https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/11514131 However after this contract was formed, the host company then circumvented airbnb (which we thought may be a breach of airbnb policy), by sending us a confirmation email via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Here, after already taking our money, they added new terms and conditions that were not agreed to in our initial airbnb booking contract such as: - forcing me to sign a new agreement with unreasonable terms such a penalty fine of up to $6000 for breaching their new terms (note the bond specified on airbnb was $2000) - forcing me to scan my drivers licence and credit card and submit it into their own private web portal putting me at high risk of identify theft. I also suspect this may be a breach of Australian Privacy law as this requirement was not stated as a privacy policy as part of our original airbnb booking contract and we will be reporting this matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner to clarify. They would not allow us to check in and provide us the keys unless we complied with these new additional conditions above that were neither advertised nor agreed to when we finalised the booking on airbnb. On entering the residence there were several additional “house rules” provided in different areas of the house that were confusing and contradicted each other as well as previously provided information by email or on the phone eg different times were quoted when no noise was allowed or the spa was allowed to be used and different locations that we were meant to leave the keys on departure. The latter contradictory information lead to the agent not realising where we had left the keys despite their checkout instructions in the room directing us to leave it in that location. The advertised Wifi was essentially non-functional – the network would usually not be able to be found by a computer/device so you could not connect to it. We only managed to connect to it once from one guest’s device on one occasion. So essentially it was not provided as advertised. However in fairness to the host, given our short stay there (2 nights) and it being on a weekend (outside the usual business hours of the managing company) we felt the likelihood of this being rectified during our stay was low so we didn’t report this “fault” to the host during our stay. In terms of the actual residence itself it was reasonable quality, clean and had excellent views of the ocean. We didn’t use the spa on the balcony and we didn’t use any of the resort facilities so can not comment on these. So in summary, the main issue for us was not the apartment itself but the booking processes we were subjected to under...

We sincerely apologise for any misleading information and understand how you may have become confused. As stated on the listing, we privately manage the property on behalf of the owner, and require guests to sign paper work and provide a security bond, to protect the property and the owner. Our check-in procedure has recently been updated to an online platform, allowing guests to complete this procedure, securely, and prior to check-in, evidently our listing requires an update in order to reflect this. As with all websites, information shared is not guaranteed to be 100% secure. That said, we take all the precautionary measures to protect all confidential information. In relation to the confirmation email you were sent, we apologise for the incorrect subject heading, this was an admin error on our behalf as we use multiple online travel agents. We will be looking into this process to ensure these mistakes do not happen again. Again, we apologise for the various instructions provided within the apartment. We are in the process of removing all contradicting information to avoid future confusion. In regards to the Wi-Fi, we apologise for this inconvenience. We are contactable over weekends, and outside of office hours, to assist with issues as such and would have been more than happy to help. Again, thank you for this feedback, we will be taking it all on board. We hope to have another opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations in future!

Hi everyone, please do double check the check in time. Due to work hours quite short at there amd we been informed need to early check in when the time we are still enjoing in dreamland. Feeling worry if we late and cannot stay into this house. But overall, this pent house are nice

The apartment was excellent for our first stay on the Gold Coast. The shared pool, spa, BBQ, tennis court, gym area is excellent. The penthouse on two floors feels generous and spacious. The decks and private spa were brilliant. The staff who met us (Sara) was very professional and responded quickly to any issues we raised. We were staying with our kids aged 7 and 5 and we all had a great time. It's very handy to the beach and is between Surfers and Broadbeach.

I love my city and my country. Surfers Paradise is such a great place to visit and a better place to live:)! What a place where the average temperature is 23. sun, sea and theme parks Gold Coast has it all and more - so why not come and see for yourself and find your own piece of paradise! But be aware, as you may be tempted to want to live here one day as well... !
