The caretaker will come twice a week to clean Casa Viejo Amor the first one prior to the arrival the second one during the stay. Guests may arrange directly with the caretaker, to come more often if necessary.
Sayulita is a wonderful, beautiful, safe community that we all love very much. As always in every place in the world, we need to be secure with our personal belongings and homes.
Please remember that Sayulita is a very touristic place, and as any touristic place there is people ready to take advantage of the situation, please always lock the doors if you go out of the apartment and never let your personal belongings unattended.
I understand my responsibilities as occupant and accept financial burden for any damages to the property caused by me or any member of my party. By signing below, I agree to pay the owners for repairs in the event damages are caused by us during our stay, and I agree to pay replacement value for any items which are broken during my stay. I understand that this is a non smoking house, but that smoking is allowed outside, but not under roof. The owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or other valuables during their stay. The owners are not responsible for any interruption in electrical service, (and the subsequent inconvenience that the guest may experience), or water shortage, as this does occasionally happen from time to time in this small coastal village. While the owners make every effort to ensure that the guests' stay is enjoyable, the owners are not responsible for disturbances beyond their control including, but not limited to, difficult road access during the rainy season, town/neighborhood festivities, partying vacationers, near by construction noise, road work/closures, early morning roosters, neighborhood dog barking, and tropical storms. Remember Sayulita is a small rustic village.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house
All guests agree to keep excessive noise to a minimum and be aware and respectful of the neighbors. If you are staying in the main house while the guest unit is occupied by someone else or vice versa, please be considerate of the other people's enjoyment. Loud noise or music is not permitted after 10pm. Under no circumstances may any parties or events take place at the house. The owners take great care to make the house a relaxing place to enjoy while visiting, so to ensure the overall quality and appearance of the property these policies are strictly enforced.
The maximum number of overnight guests allowed is the number of people stated on the reservation. Any increase must be approved prior to arrival and no more than the maximum occupancy for the property will be allowed. No guest may assign this agreement or sublet use of any part of the house.
Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 11am. All keys should be returned before leaving. Guests agree to pay $25 for each set of keys not returned. Leaving the house in the same condition as upon arrival will ensure a full refund of the security deposit.
Owner or owner's agent will have the right to show the premises to prospective clients with 12 hour notice to Renter at Renter's convenience. The owner or caretaker also has the right to inspect the premises at anytime if there is reasonable cause to believe the Renter or any other person is misusing or damaging the premises or furnishings therein.
