Apt. 203, a 2BR/1BA apartment, is on the corner of the building, with a bay window in the living room giving a great view down to bustling Pike street. One of the historic St. John's building's eight short term rental apartments. Walkable, and close to public transportation. Apt. 203 can sleep up to 6

All of our apartments are stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, blow dryers, irons, ironing boards, and free wifi access.

Le logement

This apartment can sleep up to six. There's a queen in the master bedroom, two adult sized (extra long) twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized super high-quality sleeper sofa in the living room. The place is very nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable and perfect for a vacation or business stay in Seattle. 203 is approx. 750 sq. ft.

We're located in Seattle's most popular neighborhood, Capitol Hill, right in the Pike/Pine corridor, in the midst of lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There's lots of nightlife in our area. We're just 8 blocks walking distance to the Washington State Convention Center and just a few more to the middle of downtown Seattle. One of the best things about our location is that we have a large 24-hr grocery store right across the street; nothing could be more convenient.

There are numerous bus stops one block from us and it's easy just to walk downtown. We do have a parking lot behind the building but we're in such a great location a car is more of a hinderance than a convenience.

Please be aware that this is an urban environment. In our neighborhood you can expect to encounter people from all walks of life and hear noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, this part of Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, St. John's is an incredible place to experience the city from, and we have security systems, triple-pane windows to reduce the street noise as well as white noise machines in the bedrooms to make sure you sleep easy.

Guests have private access to the whole apartment unit. There is a shared laundry room on the second floor of the building that has two washers and two dryers, which are quarter operated, a dollar per load. There is a back patio shared among all our guests and tenants available for hanging out in the sunshine and grilling on our gas BBQ.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

I am at the building Monday - Friday during regular business hours on most days. When I'm not at the building, Johnny, our live-in building manager, is around to help and to check people in. We do our best to meet and check you in, but depending on your arrival time we may coordinate with you to leave the keys in one of the businesses in our building, so it is important to communicate to us your anticipated arrival time. For the most part other than checking you in we'll leave you to do your own thing, but you can always contact us with questions about the area or any needs that arise while you're staying with us.

No Smoking & No Pets. Smoking is allowed on the back porch only.
We expect you to leave the units in good condition when you check out - please wash your own dishes and take out the trash. This helps our cleaners out a lot!
Our building is shared with year-long residents. Please be respectful of their home and leave common areas as clean as you found them, and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
The handbook in the unit goes over all of our house rules, please read it upon arrival. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

This place definitely made our trip to Seattle an enjoyable one - walking distance from anything you want to explore in Capitol Hill, and the unit itself is clean and homey. Bryce is so accommodating and prompt in communicating, and made the whole stay easy and worry-free. Definitely recommend this spot!!

We spent close to a week in Bryce's apartment while attending a conference at the Convention Centre. The apartment is very conveniently located - we only had a short walk there and back with plenty of amenities on the way. I really like this neighbourhood with the bars, cafes and restaurants around. The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and flexible as we were all arriving at different times. It will be high on our list for next year's trip.

This really is the perfect location. The apartment is roomy, clean, and has everything you would need. Anything else you need you can probably find within 3 blocks of this place. Wether it's food, drinks, or shopping. If I ever come back to Seattle, this will be the first place I check for availability. Bryce was really easy to talk to and really helpful so that only made the stay here that much better.

The Appartment has an excellent location, is clean and comfortable. It has window a/c for the summer months. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle. Perhaps the only downside was the construction happening across the street street which was somewhat noisy.

Bryce's place at St John's Apartment is so well located for easy access to great restaurants and for getting around Downtown and Capitol Hill. We couldn't have asked for a better location! The apartment was clean, and homely and exactly as described. Communication before and during our trip was excellent, and although we didn't get to meet Bryce there were no issues with checking in and checking out. Thoroughly recommend if you're looking for a well located place to stay in Seattle.
