All of our apartments are stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, blow dryers, irons, ironing boards, and free wifi access.
This apartment can sleep up to six. There's a queen in the master bedroom, two adult sized (extra long) twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized super high-quality sleeper sofa in the living room. The place is very nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable and perfect for a vacation or business stay in Seattle. 203 is approx. 750 sq. ft.
We're located in Seattle's most popular neighborhood, Capitol Hill, right in the Pike/Pine corridor, in the midst of lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There's lots of nightlife in our area. We're just 8 blocks walking distance to the Washington State Convention Center and just a few more to the middle of downtown Seattle. One of the best things about our location is that we have a large 24-hr grocery store right across the street; nothing could be more convenient.
There are numerous bus stops one block from us and it's easy just to walk downtown. We do have a parking lot behind the building but we're in such a great location a car is more of a hinderance than a convenience.
Please be aware that this is an urban environment. In our neighborhood you can expect to encounter people from all walks of life and hear noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, this part of Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, St. John's is an incredible place to experience the city from, and we have security systems, triple-pane windows to reduce the street noise as well as white noise machines in the bedrooms to make sure you sleep easy.

Guests have private access to the whole apartment unit. There is a shared laundry room on the second floor of the building that has two washers and two dryers, which are quarter operated, a dollar per load. There is a back patio shared among all our guests and tenants available for hanging out in the sunshine and grilling on our gas BBQ.

I am at the building Monday - Friday during regular business hours on most days. When I'm not at the building, Johnny, our live-in building manager, is around to help and to check people in. We do our best to meet and check you in, but depending on your arrival time we may coordinate with you to leave the keys in one of the businesses in our building, so it is important to communicate to us your anticipated arrival time. For the most part other than checking you in we'll leave you to do your own thing, but you can always contact us with questions about the area or any needs that arise while you're staying with us.

No Smoking & No Pets. Smoking is allowed on the back porch only.
We expect you to leave the units in good condition when you check out - please wash your own dishes and take out the trash. This helps our cleaners out a lot!
Our building is shared with year-long residents. Please be respectful of their home and leave common areas as clean as you found them, and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
The handbook in the unit goes over all of our house rules, please read it upon arrival. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
