Live like a local a minute away from Boracay's world famous white beach. The room is one of two bedrooms in a fully-furnished house located in Station 3, the most serene and charming part of the island. The house is less than a minute's walk to the famous white beach of Boracay.

Bluepoint Place is located right at the heart of the local community of Angol, less than a minute's walk from the white beach.

The house itself is brand new (completed March 2016) and fully-furnished with all the comforts of modern living. The rooms are airy and thoughtfully designed to be both tasteful and functional.

The room has one queen-sized bed with premium Uratex mattress. The room has airconditioning, cable flatscreen TV with USB ports, lockable cabinets, dimmable lights, and a twin-sized Uratex sofa bed. Linens are included, while warmer blankets are available upon request.

The room is best for two people, but additional guests can comfortably sleep in the Uratex sofa bed that can be converted to a futon-style mattress.

Shared amenities include the kitchen, dining room, living room, a toilet and a shower area.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, water boiler, rice cooker, bread toaster, and a full-sized fridge. Pots, pans and other cooking implements are available for your use. The dining area seats four, and utensils are available for your use.

A comfortable sofa sits in the living room. The lights are also dimmable and can be changed from florescent to sunny yellow with just a flick of the switch. Wifi connection is still ongoing application, and should be available in a month's time.

The house has two bathrooms, one toilet and one shower built separately from each other across the rooms for for better access. The toilet has a sink and bidet, while the shower has an efficient water heater. Towels and toilet paper will be provided upon arrival.

Keys to the gate, the front door, rooms and the cabinets will be provided upon arrival. The caretaker lives within the area.

We work in Manila and visit Boracay only a few times a year. However, our family is local to Boracay and live right in the neighborhood, and will be glad to give you a quick tour and help whenever you need it. They can also arrange water activities such as island hopping, paragliding and other water activities.

Complementary cleaning services are available daily from 11am to 2pm or upon request. Leave a note for the cleaning lady for anything else you need.

The property is right in the heart of Angol, the community where mostly locals live, with a few laid back and long-staying tourists. The spot is one of the quietest and most serene in Boracay where you can chill in the powdery sand and enjoy the crystalline waters in peace.

Have your cup of coffee by the beach in the morning while breathing in the fresh sea breeze. For lunch, you can either walk five minutes to the local market to buy fresh seafood to cook, or eat your cuisine of choice at several restaurants nearby, like Nagisa, Cowboy Cocina Grill, and Hey Jude South, to name a few. You can also have diving lessons from White Beach Divers right along the street. Any time of the day is perfect for soaking in the sun or taking a dip in the clear blue sea.

A mom & pop store is close by for your basic commodity needs. Nearby are also basketball and beach volleyball courts and an afternoon snack stand. Equally accessible is the main road which is a few minutes away, where you can find a mini mart, a bakeshop, or catch a tricycle ride. At night, you can sleep in peace, or party in Boracay's famous night scene in Stations 1 & 2 close by.

The house is five minutes away from the jettyport which is the main access to the island.

Almost everywhere is walking distance or a five to ten minute ride. From the house you can walk to the main road to get a tricycle to other parts of the island, or just walk along the beach to Stations 1&2 which runs parallel to the main road. If you're more of a daredevil, you can also catch a ride on a motorcycle.

Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

As an island, Boracay experiences regular power outages, but these rarely occur for more than hour. We currently don't have any back-up generators in the property.

Also, we just finished construction of the house and the pathway is still in progress. For now it's still a dirtpath and there are still some debris and weeds on the adjacent vacant lot which we're in the process of clearing up. Please be mindful especially when walking at night.

The cleaning lady will be around between 11am to 2pm to tidy up the place and take out the trash. Rooms will only be cleaned upon request. Dirty dishes are not covered.

Keys will be given to the guests and are expected to return them upon check-out. The caretaker is in the area most of the time but not always so please keep your keys handy at all times.

Please secure your valuables and lock your doors. It's generally a safe area but caution is always a good idea.

There's a drying rack outside for wet clothes. Please help us keep the furniture sturdy by keeping wet towels and clothes off them.

I'm a working mom and spoiled wife who loves beaches, books and budget travel. We own a little slice of white beach heaven in Boracay where we would like to spend the rest of our days sipping mojitos on the sand while watching the setting sun. If or now we share our space with kindred spirits who love beaches and traveling alike.
